AFM, CD18 today and im almost sure ovulation has hit me hard this evening, i cant even sit... It hurts on both sides, so im hoping both eggies are being released and one gets fertilized tonight, if not there is another one for back up or both get fertilized and we have twins.. If the one egg was 23mm and the other was 19mm on CD15, they grow 2mm a day and that was 3 days ago, so they must be 30mm and 26mm is that possible??? It's still so quiet in here... Chat later

Laliek - sorry about the negative - remember that the qualitative only shows positive if the hcg is over 25 - maybe it was low- hope the test on Sat is pos - if not then enjoy you wine, have a good cry and ready yourself for the new cycle.

AFM - no symptoms - just slight twinges and what sometimes feels like a stitch on my side- but still very early. I'm still in disbelief and had to look at the test again to remind myself that it was positive. Keep thinking what if the got the bloods mixed up! Lol

Shols, now that you mentioned to me you have been on Clomid, and i see it's your first month on Clomid always remember Clomid lenghens your cycle and i have come to realise this as my first month of Clomid, i was like 4 days late every pregnancy test showed BFN and AF appeared BUT this may not be the case for you, wait and go for blood tests... But yes, unfortunately Clomid extends one's cycle...

Thanks Hayley and Shols and 2kidmamma. I really don't think mine will only pick up on cd38 as I had IUI, so my ovulation is forced on CD14 and lupheal phase also forced 14 days. So if Saturday is negative it's definitely negative, but thanks for the encouragment though!! Really appreciate it!

I'm so tired actually now, want to go home and sleep. Think I'm going to buy me a big piece of blackforest cake tonight on way home and then I'll worry about my weight on Monday

Oh well, at least now I can start getting back into gym before next IUI and focus my thoughts on that for few weeks!

hayley this is my 1st month on clomid and when i went to the doc. he told me that i had 2 follies in the left ovary and i'm pretty sure i O'd on CD16 coz i had terrible stabbing ovulation pain.
I would like to think both my eggies popped and i will hope the same for u

I had a D&C in dec 09 so my cycles were thrown out and to be honest i don't know what my cycle length is anymore - 1 month it was 35 days and then it was 42 days and then it was 46 days and then it went back to 42 days and now i don't know what it should be.

Tell me - if u on clomid - should there be a day to expect AF - like 30 days for 35 days?

Shols, it is alittle strange that the HPT'S are not picking it up... Maybe because if you are preggies then maybe it could be cos your HCG count in your urine is not high enough...

I dont blame you for being clueless, i can imagine how frustrating it must be for you.. What's you average cycle lengh? And no sign of AF?

thanks hayley - im so clueless and lost at the moment - i would love to go bloods - but really afraid its going to be negative and then i will just have wasted my money, time and loose alittle of my willpower:(

I will wait till atleast next week friday to do the bloods. I just wish a HPT test would give me a positive and i can confirm it with bloods.
