Lizzy, as a midwife I am going to give you some advice!!
PLEASE make sure you find a doctor who is willing to check you every week until your insulin and blood pressure is stable.
do you generally have problems with high blood?
if not, you have developed PIH (pregnancy induced hypertension) and you need to be closely monitored and your blood pressure will go back to normal post delivery.
please look out for any signs of blurred vision, headaches, swelling.
as for the insulin. are you diabetic? if not, you may have gestational diabetes. again, this will normalise after birth but you have a risk of having a larger baby and a chance for elective c-section as generally it's difficult to carry these babies to term as they are big!
not trying to scare you at all as there is nothing to be scared of as long as you have the right care - just want to give you information so you can ask questions when you go to the doctor
due to your amount of pregnancies, you are also considered high risk. please make sure you find a doctor that is really informative and caring

and ask me anything if you want!
