Hello preggy fairy. I'm doing OK thanks. Just sick with the flu and AF arrived yesterday, so we start yet another cycle... How are you keeping?

Meags, that is weird. It might take a while for the pill to work out of your system. I was on the pill for 6 years and my gynae told me it will take about 3 - 4 month to clear out of my system. But everybody's different!! Your cycles might be a bit messed up for the first month or so, but it's great to have those charts to show your doc.

Andy, yes!!! One year wedding Anniversary on the 27 June... Nothing speacial planned and 2 days before is my birthday 25 June..

Well then I'll start charting next month I was on the pill and this period came 2 weeks early?????? Which I find weird since I was on the pill.
So on Saturday I decided to just stop the pill!

We said we'd only TTC from December but DH is very irresponsible with condoms so I'd like to know when I'm ovulating etc.

I've also been on the pill for almost 9 years. Is this going to have any effect??

Laliek - drink lots of water, eat some fruits during the day, the sugar from the fruit should help keep you going. FX!!

It's easy. Just get yourself a thermometer with 2 decimal places. Take your temp same time every morning first thing, before even talking. Oh and register on FertiliyFriend.com to record your temps. Oh and it's best to start temping on CD1 but I'm sure if you missed a couple days it won't be a train smash.
