He just brought me my new contract and said I should sign it now, and I said I will bring it back after the weekend. One of the other managers came and said I should stand up for what I believe and tell him.

But I really need my job, and working two days a week from home is still ideal. Can see my little one more and safe on petrol and driving time.
Won't get that anywhere else, but then again I have not had an increase for 5 years! (OK took a long maternity break in between, so actually 3 and a half years) So I am earning less than some one else with my qualifications. So keep on thinking that I can maybe earn more, even if I can't work from home then.

Ika, I'm also like that. I rather keep quiet when I'm that upset, out of fear of saying the wrong thing. Then I go and calm down, think it through and then go back to the situation and say my say. Relax this weekend, and then on Monday go to the CEO and tell him exactly (OK so not word for word ) what you told us now. He has to hear your side of the story!!

Well, AF is definately on her way. I have the cramps. And to top it all off, I think I'm getting the flu. I have a sore throat, my body aches in places I didn't even know existed and my head is killing me!!
