Good grief, what a day I have had!! ZERO time to say hi yet! But the day is almost over for me, so for the rest of them time at work, I'm chilling out and taking it easy darn it!

Ika : Sorry about your work situation....I can only imagine how angry/frustrated you must be right now!
Good idea to get DH's input though - take the weekend to calm donw, then tackle it with a clear head again on Monday rather. Then at least you will have a clear POA.

AFM : Son made it to 5am this morning before coughing like a demon again....so a sligthly better night for us last night.
GUESS WHAT?!?!?! My BROTHER has offered to look after my boy tonight while DH & I go out for a bit to celebrate our anniversary - how's that for a 360turn?!?! But I still think he's playing the kindness card for an extra month's grace....
WELL, if I manage to pry my son away from us for a few hours, and he actually agrees to stay with my bro, then I will just play his game, take the opportunity, and STILL hav him out by the end of the month Heeheee...naughty me.....

I wanted to tell him, but currently I can't be calm, so I will just wait till Monday and then talk to him. I really need my job currently, but I wanted to just walk out! This was the best company to work for. I really love what I do and I am good in what I do, but last year March we got a new management team and everything that we worked so hard for has just gone down all the time and our CEO is in Cape Twon, so he only hears what the manangment team tells him in the weekly managemnet call. He is down here for two weeks, so I think I need to think carefully before acting. Dh is a calm person, so I need his input!

Thanks so much for all the good lucks - I really really appreciate it! DH and I were laughing last night as he poked me with that Ovidrel shot in the stomach - we were so paranoid of spilling some of the goods etc and it actually wasn't too bad - I just hope we administered it correctly

Hayley and Chris - directly after the procedure I'm going to get back into bed as we have to be up very early tomorrow to make it in time from Jhb to Pta But, we have a 30th tomorrow night that we can't get out of as we confirmed two months ago already So I said to DH we can go but I'll obviously have no alcohol and we HAVE to bd in anycase tomorrow night as well so we can't stay too late

Ika - that is total BS!!! Why don't you tell the CEO exactly in a calm manner what has happened and tell him YOU feel insulted

Sorry, had to vent, feel a lot better! Will have some wine with DH tonight and them chat to him about it! It is just not fare that they are messin g up and blaming others, and if they had a problem they should tell me or at least have asked, or given ANY indication.

BTW about my new hours now. I need to work a min of 40 hours a week. Be avilible over weekends. But have tp be in office on Monday and friday. Then do in the days on the middel 8 hours at the office, the rest of the time I can work from hom.

Soooooooo angry!!!!!

Two weeks ago my manager said that I don't have to work Tuesdays and Thursday. No problem at all, nobody complaint, my work was doen.

Then on Monday I found out we were running a project that nobody told me about. I asked the programmer about it, and saw everything was donee wrong. He said Management told him to keep the project a secret and not to tell anybody. Then management called me in and said I am not allow to tell anybody about this project (F*** knows why!) but I know need to help them fix this project. So I wrote a proposal of what should be done.

Got called in by the CEO just now.
Then he said to me, he is very disaapointed to hear that I am looking for anither job and plannning on leaving! WTF? Then he said why have I not been availible for work on Tuesdays and Thursdays. He joked and said he pays me for 40 hours a week, but expect me to work 80 hours a week. WTF? and then he said becuase of me we have projects running that was not communicated to the team and this was brought to his attention by management yesterday! WTF!!!! Then he called my manager in and said if he has anything to add, and he rolled his eyes and said do we have all day! (WTF! this si the first I find out he has an issue!!!!) But he did not say anything was wrong with my work except he said that I did not share my knowledge about the project that I was not aware of?

I do not get allong with this new manager. He was one of my suppliers year ago and I complainted about him not doing his job and know I think he is trying to savatage me!

I have no problem with anybody telling me if my work is worng, BUT if management tells me to one thing and I do it, then they complain about what they told me to do at the CEO and say it is my failt, when they messed up! THAT I DON'T HAVE TIME FOR!!!
