Hope everyone's weekend was good, so glad the Boks won more convincingly! And Aus lost against Ireland, that was cool

Otherwise not much, busy week ahead again, did get some BD in over the weekend, today on CD17 again.

Hiya ladies....sorry I'm not popping in as much...got plenty on my plate regarding my mother and my late father's pension fund that, after 7 months, still has not paid out....

Got in 2 BD sessions already, working on every 2nd day...got some light pains, but I know by now they don't mean anything....
