I have been stalking your thread for a while now.

I have had 3 unsuccessful pregnancies in the last 12 months , with the latest D&C being last week Thursday (9 weeks - Blighted Ovum) in January I lost my LO at 12 weeks and before that last July (8/9 weeks - Blighted Ovum) , I do have a 17 year old daughter , yes I started young. Am wondering at the moment if some higher power is indicating I shouldnt have more children ?

Some meditation:
The Pink Light Meditation
I love this meditation because I love the color pink which is the color of motherly love and it always brings me a sense of loving care. Through relaxation breathing you will be able to re-balancing your solar plexus, dissolve fears and anxiety bringing you a sense of well-being.
1. Sit comfortably on a chair with your back straight or lie on your bed if you prefer.

2. Gently close your eyes.

3. In your mind's eye see a soft pink light gently approaching you.

4. Pay attention to you breathing and make sure it is slow and steady.

5. Breathe with your abdominal muscles. Use relaxation breathing here to reach a deep state of peace.

6. As you breathe in this soft pink light, allow it to enter your heart and chest area.

7. Allow the light to completely envelop you as if you were inside a cocoon of loving pink light.

8. Feel loved, secure, guided and protected and most of all feel relaxed.

9. Breathe gently the soft pink light and allow it to permeate every cell and every organ within your body and bring you love, care and a peaceful sense of calmness.

10. Ask the light to help you manifest your feminine and motherly energies into reality.

11. Imagine the light bringing life and fertility to you.

12. In your mind's eye see yourself holding a beautiful healthy baby.

13. Thank the light for bringing you hope and love.

14. As the soft pink light leaves your body, feel the renewed hope for fertility energy that it has brought to your consciousness and consciously choose to manifest this energy into your life.

Hayley: The one sac was very small, so that one should just have taken and let go, the other one was a bit bigger, and then I had the the one with a heart beat. My FS said I had a chance of having more than one (But think he did not want to get my hopes up) the gynie in Plettenberg did not know I thought that I only had one, and she said I had 3 that took. Chances are really good that it was more than one. My HCG trippled on the first two weeks every second day (Then slowed down) I also had 8 eggs with this round.

I am deffinitly giong to pick my self up and try again. Will just take two months off. This was not a great round and I think emotionally I wonlt be able to handel it so soon.
I have decided to get myself emotionally ready for two months: pray, Pilates, Yoga, walks in parks and get some positive energy going!!!! Been googleling positive energy for infertitly today. Some funny and fun things popping up!!!

Thought I will share them: (Please note these are just for fun, but who knows some might work!)

O I found this Fertility spell:
This spell is best performed on a Full Moon on a Monday evening around 7:30.


Supplies

1 baby blanket (preferable one of your old ones but a new store bought will do)
2 small slips of paper
1 pen or pencil
1 small box
a bowl of fresh soil
1 pink candle, 1 blue candle, 1 green candle (tapers, not votive)
Patchouli or cinnamon oil
Sandalwood incense
Soft background music (optional)
1. First take a ritual bath using patchouli or cinnamon oil

2. Have all of your spell ingredients close at hand

3. Light your incense and cast your circle your usual way, call your quarters if necessary.

4. Invite the Fertility Goddess of your pantheon (or any) to come and sit in your circle to assist you and listen to you.

5. Take the bowl of fresh soil and sprinkle dirt all around your circle and say: “this is the soil from whence the Great Mother shall provide.”

6. Take your baby blanket and spread it lovingly on your altar or spell table and say: “this is the wrap that shall warm my wee one.”

7. Take your green candle and place it in the center. Take the blue candle and place it on the left of the green one. Take the pink candle and place it on the right of the green one. While doing this say: “these are the candles that fire the womb.”

8. Now take the green candle from its holder and oil it with cinnamon or patchouli and focus on your baby. See the essence of the baby. See yourself big and pregnant then see yourself giving birth. Next, see yourself holding your baby in your arms. Put the green candle back it its holder.

9. Light the blue candle then light the pink candle. Now take both candles and using both, light the green candle and say:

“Pink for a girl and blue for a boy Wee one you will bring such joy. Fill up this womb with baby’s life Goddess hear my heartfelt cries. I am strong and I am worthy To lead this baby on its life journey. And so tonight with child is me This is my spell, so mote it be!”

Now, take your pen or pencil and on each slip of paper, write down your favorite name for a boy and your favorite name for a girl. Fold the papers up and place them in your small box. Set the box in front of the green candle and allow the candle to burn all the way down. You can move this to a safe burning place if need be. Go and make passionate love to your husband/lover. Once the candle has burned down, take the small box and put it in a safe place. Do not dwell on getting pregnant. Forget about the spell.

Ika - I'm soooo sorry. Big ((((hugs))))) to you!

Feeling better every day now. So i had to take the bandage off on Sunday, and the cut is looking good. Have to go back for my follow-up next week. Wonder how long we have to wait before ttc again. I read some people advise to wait 6 months! Hopefully we can start trying sooner.
