Cisca - I'm so SORRY to hear about your very traumatic ordeal! Shame hunny, that is really bad and very dangerous as well! Glad you are recovering. The only impact one tube will have on TTC is that you will only ovulate every second month naturally (if the tube is open and fine). But with meds you will be able to ovulate every month, but first heal completely before you start worrying about that!

What else is going on ladies? I was very sick last week, feeling better today Lots of work to catch up on.

Cisca, that is HECTIC. OMW, you poor thing... I dont know what the impact is on TTC with 1 tube removed. Did your Dr give you a prognosis? When do you go back to the gynae for a check up? I would imagine you would be ok as long as the 2nd tube is healthy?

Sorry i've been away. Just hectic still with Evan teething and now I have flu and a secondary infection. Feel like death and am getting zero sleep!

Hi Ladies

What a week!

Sunday and Monday had spotting and some pains, thought it was OV. Then Tuesday all was ok and about 11:00 I had the most pain I ever had before, cried and screamed like a child. Went to the ER and after a lot of tests and stuff, finally got to my gynea. He did more tests and internal scan, turned out to be ectopic pregnancy. So then it was immediately check-in hospital and at 18:00 Tuesday night they operated.

Dr said that i didn't have a MC 3 weeks ago, but that the pregnancy got stuck in the falopian tube and could no reach uterus. So then the tube exploded! Which was the heavy pain I had. In the end they removed 300ml of bloods and solids as well as my right tube. Now after 4 days in Hospital I have 1 tube left, a hugh cut over my stomach like a ceaser, and 4 weeks booked off cos I cant drive.

Hoping I can still conceive with just one tube!

Hayley - like I said on Saturday, if I were you I would have asked for my money back! I could have given you that advice, maybe I should start calling myself a FS and ask R900 for a shrink's opinion!
