Ours took about 15min, 2 years ago we stood in the que for almost 4 hours. Yesterday when e left the station the que was getting extremely long. It is a good thing if you stand a bit, means people are at least making the effort and taking responsibility to go and vote and make our democratic country better.

2km - maybe at your station there was a problem with the ID scanner?

Shocking how many votes are just lost with people not bothering to vote - then you really can't complain about service delivery or anything else.

I didnt vote as im not registered, the last place i registered was in CT and i believe i had to register again now that im in JHB and i only found this out yesterday while the voting was happening, so i was alittle late with it all... Oops!!!

So what's news with all the ladies...

AFM, in my 2WW i believe im 4DPO today, still very early days but im not thinking about it at all, feeling rather calm about it and i believe i will not do any symptom spotting... Just gotta wait till the end of the month to see if AF arrives...

Ilse, Strikkie and Hexy, I think your responses are all right in a way. I think that most of us me included are just gatvol and need the break. Strikkie, I mentioned a while back I would be scarce but that I would pop in every now and then. DH and I are still TTC but I needed to get my mind off it a little and I felt that chatting here was causing me to think on it too much. This all happened when I hit the 12 month anniversary of this TTC. I am testing soon though, in about 6 days time. Got the test ready, hoping for my BFP this month. Both my cousins are pregnant and I think it would be super cool to have 3 new babies all born in and around the same time so here's hoping. Plus my daughter wont stop asking now when she is getting a baby sister, she asks me about 3 times a day everyday and I told her to just keep asking Jesus and she asked me the other day that she wonders if Jesus is actually listening to her. What do you say to that?
