Congratulations. I pray for you for a happy and healthy pregnancy. I know all too well about being a POAS addict. And once you get your BFP, you want to test every 5 minutes... just 'cause it is sooo freaken awesome to see those two lines!

Juno, I am truly sorry for your loss. Please dont blame yourself, I mc my 1st with a suspected birth defect and I was religious about folic acid and my vitamins... I know this isnt comforting now...

Strik*kie, how're you feeling? When's your appointment?

I took a hpt on CD 25. and got my BFP! I have done 7 tests - including a clear blue digital and ALL +VE. I have my gynae appt on Tuesday and I have been testing to make sure the lines get darker because I am super paranoid! I had bought bulk tests so I have plenty from www.getpregnant.co.za/Default.asp?chk=1 because im a PO adict. 16 months loooong and big fights and all... I am praying this is my sticky bean! I have not any +ves since I had my son...

My HCG levels are at 9 so good to go. I think this is going to be the last time that I am going to be relieved not to see a pregnancy..so now it's just the wait until AF arrives which will hopefully be soon.

Also just to say that I hope all the TTC'ers are vigilent about taking their folic acid. It's so, so important. Hit me harder as there would have been chance that if I had been taking it my baby may not have ended up with a birth defect. Admittedly a very small chance but I will always wonder..

Shame Juno, it does affect everyone differently and at different times too. I remember after mine it was about a week after where I totally broke down. I just cried and cried, it was terrible but I felt so much better afterwards.

I'm up and about again, still a bit sore and stitches are coming out soon, then we will find out the POA. Af also started, 1 day early and that after a whole week of light af and spotting. (sigh) so i'm a bit tired of the witch.

Thought I'd join this thread now that I'm a bit more emotionally stable after my D&C last month. Anything baby just turned on the taps immediately...

@klk when you spoke to me on the D&C thread where I was wondering why I was not feeling much - well a couple of days after that and the wheels just fell off! It's been tough.

It's been exactly 1 month to the day and I'll find out next week whether my hcg levels are back to normal. Going for the blood test on Thurs.
