TTC 2012 Group Year of the ball, Year of the bump

OH MY WORD!!!!!!! It just happened to him AGAIN!!! HAHAHAHAHA - they must see him coming a mile away and think "right, here's a sucker to make fun of!!!".
But after the whole pharmacy now knowing he wants to improve his sperm, they have ordered it, and it will arrive tomorrow. It's R95.00....a bit more than what you can get if for Andy, but takes alot of stress out of searching, and you sending to me etc.....
So hopefuly, after all this mans hard work, it will arrive tomorrow!!!
Ag shame.....he was pissing himself laughing when he phoned me now - so glad he sees the funny side of it!
Gota luv my dh some times....heeheeeeeee....

Ilse : Ah man, I completely feel your pain. As much as I stopped actively TTC a while back (only really got back into it the last month), I secretly also had all those thoughts and feelings etc.
BUT, I'm now going to actively TTC, do all I can without really pushing the envelope, and then I can at least feel ok knowing I have been trying, and not just assuming it WILL happen when the time is right etc.
So......you will aggresivly TTC again when you are ready - in the mean time, don't get down about how you feel, and what emotions you have, it's all completely normal & expected. And it SUCKS, but it's life, and we are woman - we have emotions whether we like it or not!!!

Andy - yes, calculated like a 2-year old. My date will be around 17 Dec and yours then +- 20 - 22 Dec. So past both our important BIRTHDAYS - quite something to actually now be at this point as well.

Ag shame Andy, I know the feeling. But I'm glad you got it all out of your system and that you are so positive and hands-on now!

I'm just having a bit of a relapse today, since I haven't really been trying or phased with all this stuff... until I was 3 days late, very cruel . On saturday I was thinking "hmmm, I will be one of those women that tell others I TTCed for so long and then stopped worrying about it and it just happened without us really trying and blah-blah-blah"

Tracy - funny story about your hubby, poor man! But good that he is SO involved!!! Hope you hunt it down!!!

Ag shame man!! Poor man!! Pharmacy people are so tactless when it comes to things like that. I've heard stories like that about ladies looking for Pre-Seed as well. I'll be sure to tell the person I'm asking tonight that if he/she speaks louder than a whisper, I'll sock them one!!

But he's correct in looking in the vitamins aisle. That is where it is in our pharmacy.

Ilse I'll tell you a little secret... I had a very bad day on Saturday... Locked myself in my room with a book and read and cried and slept the entire day away. And then I decided I can't give up and I have to make my days and my life the way I want them to be. Nobody is going to do it for me!!

So this is me trying to be more positive. But still realistic of course!!

Thanks Andy!! I have DH stopping at another pharmacy now quickly to see if he can find it - hahahaha, they made SUCH an embarressment out of him now at Dischem.
The chick didn't know which one he was looking for, so she asked EACH and EVERY person working in the aisles at the top of her voice...then jumped in front of the cue at the dispensary and shouted to them over the counter, LOUD, then took him BACK to the vitamin aisle, and asked him if he doesn't maybe want to try Hi-Rise!!!!!!! AND there were 2 older men looking at the Hi-Rise while she asked him, again, loud enough for the world to hear!!
All this AFTER he explained what Sperm-I-Prove is, and why he needs it.......STUPID woman!!!
HAHAHA, but I had a good laugh at the poor bugger now

Ilse, I think that's a brilliant plan!! We can cheer each other on. You'll be a day or so ahead of me because my AF will probably only start tomorrow (hopefully), but we can do this together!! Maybe this is a sign... it being the last chance for 2011 and all....
