sorry i've been gone for long again! Been going through madness @ quarter end... you know the usual. then my gran passed away last tuesday. She was like a mom to me so it was crushing!

was back @ the gynae he put me on glucophage and wanted to see me on day 2 of my bleeding cycle. i went to see him today. he gave me the option of pills or injections to stimulate my ovaries. so i said to him whichever will work best. he has put me on GonalF injections @ 37.5units from day 4-9 of my cycle and then an ultrasound on day 12. He will then tell me when to bd.

fx this works. I have been reading a lot about it and it seems very successful. he actually told me that he has 2 patients at the moment with almost identical case as mine. he has just confirmed both their pregnancies after the first round of injections. The 1 he said had 4 unsuccessful clomid cycles... Lets see

He treated his wife with Gonal injections recently as well. Must help having a fertility specialist as your husband... She also suffers with PCOS apparently - that's what the nrse at the clinic told me.

Have any of you done them?

wbm - sorry to hear AF arrived but like you said, atleast the clomid is working & keeping your cycles regular & you ovulating on time. Keeping FX for those twins on your next cycle.

Hayley - nice to hear from you again. We do chat on bbm so I'm not gonna reply on some of the stuff hehehehe but enjoy Disney on Ice. I so wanted to take my daughter to see it as well but we are going to be so busy this weekend again Let me know how it was, ok!!!

AFM, went for my 16 week check up yesterday. Baby is doing very well & is very active inside of me - is moving all over the place. The doc checked twice to be sure & he is very confident that I'm having a boy this time. Baby is weighing 150g, just as he should. He didn't want to show his face, his hands were in the way the whole time........ As for the mommy, I'm feeling good, I just have some infection going on but it's in the early stages so doc gave me 2 types of meds that I only drink once. Hopefully that will clear everything up as we don't want the infection to go into the amniotic fluid I didn't get a pic this time because he didn't charge me for doing the scan. My bump is growing very nicely & my aunt is going to make me some maternity clothes.

AFM, it was my Birthday on Monday the 25 June and my Wedding Anniversary today 27 June... Nothing special...
Im officially moving into my own place on Saturday 30 June... Super scared but im sure Chloe and i will be fine.... Hubby then needs to start the divorce proceedings and i hope he gets his ass into gear and does something about it...

Im taking Chloe to Disney On Ice at the Coca Cola Dome Friday evening and im sure she is gonna LOVE it, cant wait to see her little face...

Work is also chaos - month end etc, so i do apologise for being so quiet... Anyone that has BBM and wants to chat, please invite me... 28B9042E

AFM : Well, it's a superbug, not TB, so going onto a course of med's. At least now hopefuly this is the end of my kidney problems!
Funny thing was, when the doc called yesterday he said "now, how far along pregnant did you say you are?"...I nearly fell of my chair - what the heck would make him say that?! Almost like he telepathicaly knew we are TTC....hahaha.
So, at least I'm on the road to recovery now.
ANDDDDDD............I'm getting my new car tomorrow!!!!!!!!! Bought a top of the range Ford Fiesta 1.6 Tutanium 3 door. This car is amazing!! Has ALLLL the extras, and was on a one-day special at one dealership on Saturday. Saved R20 000 on the new price by taking it on Sat. So I go collect tomorrow, wooohooooooo!!!!!! SOOOO excited!!! SO much sportier than the normal new Fiesta's. Completelky different, and not common being the most expensive.
Can't freekin WAIT!!!!!!!!!!

It's financial year end here, so if I'm SUPER quiet, forgive me It's chaos here!
