Hi Andy, wow but you are quiet, we miss you!!!!!!!! Do you take the 50mg tabs b6? and how many? I take only one but i started only last week en till now (touch wood) no spotting.

Ika, so sorry to hear about all your worries. I will say a little prayer (OK I'll say a big prayer) that everything works out for you.

klk, hope your boy feels better soon. NO spotting before AF is good. Spotting after AF is normal, and around ovulation. But you shouldn't spot before AF AT ALL. Everybody says this and I read it everywhere, but according to me gynae, it's normal. Needless to say, I found a new gynae (a woman this time) in October, but could only get an appointment in April. So until then I'll still keep taking the B6 and hope it sorts itself out. Funny that you get constipated, except for that loooooooooong spotting period last month before AF, I didn't have any side effects.
