Thanks girls, Im actually ok this month, wasnt sad at all. I kind of had a feeling that I was out as my chart was pretty much exactly the same as last months. Temps increased the same days and decreased the same.

I will be starting with the B6 vitamins with the Progesterone cream and will be my husband's brains out every second day (just like JoDon) I just hope that he is up to it.

Im a bit scared to take the soy tabs as I dont like to mess too much with hormones etc. Will do what Im doing until June. If nothing by then will go see my gynae for my yearly appointment and will chat to her about everything. That will be 6 months that we have been trying. I know they say you should wait for at least a year but Im not going to wait that long. Im not getting any younger

Strikkie...a + OPK shows that O will happen in the next 24 - 48hrs...so maybe you BD'ing that night when you got you +OPK is a good thing

Sue....2kgs?? WELL DONE!! That is fantastic! My loss was only 1.3kgs...but I was naughty this weekend...craving chocolate and had about a slab over the course of the weekend and 2 ice creams Starting to exercise this week so will hopefully have good numbers the end of this week!
