How have you all been? Sorry for being MIA - I have been spying on all of you tho

Congrats to all the girls on their BFP's!

Andy - I have been taking 4 x B6 tablets (I think its about R20 for 120 tablets) a day for the last 3 months. I have no more spotting before AF and the duration of my period is down to two days and then one day of spotting after which apparently is normal. It has also sorted out my lutuel phase defect and the lenght of my cycle has constantly come down in the last 3 months from 35 days to my last one being 28...

Ilse, I feel EXACTLY like you... I have now stopped thinking about it. Just focusing on getting healthy. I'm just going to leave it. If nothing has happened by April, I will go on Clomid. And if nothing still happened by August, I will go for some other treatment and in all seriousness, if nothing's happened by the end of the year then im going to put the wheels in motion for adopting. Four years and two miscarriages later...

AFM, nothing exciting happening, tomorrow is the last day for the Clomid then a follicle scan and then the Ovidrel and BD maraton begins...

Andy I use the vit b complex, I'm still using it, its supposed to also help with ms and I have not had any. Also makes your hair and nails grow faster.

Hey girls just waiting for DH to finish in the shower, thought I would pop on quick. Looks like I am O'ing, serious O pain and loads of EWCM so we'll definitely be doing the hanky panky just now! Will start with the progesterone cream tomorrow as well. Hopefully it'll make a difference with the spotting.

Andy, can't remember which one it is, I think it was either. I have heard that it increases your appetite!

Speaking of increase appetite, if I don't get to the gym like tomorrow all my hard work in the last 5 months will be for nothing!

Ilse i completely understand that you are gatvol, but dont you maybe want to go see a fs and have some tests done? Has DH had a SA?
