Klk, i had to put my ovulation date in myself as FF put it down as the same day i did my HCG shot and you only ovulate 36 hrs after the shot... Hope you enjoying the weekend away

I need to get myself some serious hormone boosters I reckon...like the opposite of a horse tranquilizer!!! That would work.....!

Meags : SHAME!!!! I feel your pain!! I would have killed him by now! the preggy hormones are so unpredictable, that I would have the knife out at all times!!

Andy, the same this side, i just loooovvvvveeeeee my sleep and the starting is like "ughhhhhh" and then it is nice afterwards

Tracy, I was thinking the exact same thing the other day when you mentioned the Horny Goatwead to Strikkie!! I think my thing is just that I'm lazy and I LOVE my sleep. I enjoy it (a lot actually) once we start getting busy, but actually starting is the problem!! But I've found that what they say is true... The more you do it, the more you WANT to do it

Hayley my appointment is on 2 December. so just under 2 weeks to go.

Tracy - my hormones are in overdrive!!!! once a week usually is fine...but now it's not. And in fact, we have only BD ONCE in the last SIX WEEKS!!!! ok fair enough DH was overseas for 3 weeks. but still. I want to kill him.

Oooohhh ok Strikkie now I remember this. The Cohen diet is based on bloodtests and personalised diet plan. It's apparently very effective but also veerrrryyy expensive! I have to go the cheaper lifestyle route as we might need a few thousand rand in Jan for IUI!!

I'll google it and check Strikkie but I'm going to stick with this GI Lean - low gi lifestyle. I read now that high protein can actually be damaging to IR as well so good thing I didn't do Atkins lol!

Do you ladies think it might be because we get BFN on and HPT every month that we're so overly excited for + OPK's as it's the ONLY positive we see (two lines) lol!

Strikkie we have a snoek braai tomorrow at a friend's house, our husbands will be watching rugby while I help her with planning her babyshower And Sunday it's work - I help my sister out to catch up on some work as she started her own business, so it's extra money for me as well!! What you up to?
