Deja, taking folic acid (and scaling down on the wine ) is probably the onlyu changes you have make to your lifestyle when TTC. And of course LOTS MORE SEX!! Don't make to many changes and don't get too technical to quickly. It just makes the stress and anticipation so much worse. Good luck on your jouney and I hope you get your BFP quickly.

klk and Tracy, I hear you on the sexdrive. Mine is also almost non-existant. Only time I really really make an effort is around ovulation. But I realised (after a good couple fights) that it's not fair on DH so I try and indulge him more often.
