I keep meaning to ask, but then i keep forgetting, are sit ups ok while TTC? Could it somehow injure a possible baby when I am scrunching away? In my BodayCombat class we always do 10mins of Ab-attack and i was just windering whether i should give it a skip this week?

The temp ghuru's: Yesterday i woke at 5h50 am and took my temp (usually i take my temp at 6h30) then went to sleep again untill 7h25 and took it again which one do i put on my chart?????? The first one was high and second one was low so i put the 2nd one on my chart????
