Tracy - you know that verbal agreements aren't valid on property hey? So if you asked him if you could move early it doens't mean you HAVE to move because he has new tenants. You can legally stay in that unit until your rental contract expires

Haaa.....well ONE thing has gone my way....my Fertile XX/XY was just delivered!! That was FAST!!
And it really isn't that bad at all....I thought it would taste alot worse! So I'm CD2, and taken my first dose.....woohooooo for something going right!!

ClaireC : I WISH I could go through an agent....but because we have had such bad debt issues, we will never pass the credit check they do. I have to therefore go private, which makes finding somewhere even MORE difficult!!
Does anyone know of a rental agency that doesn't do credit checks??? Maybe I'll get help finding somewhere?!?!

Niknaks : the lunar cycle is very interesting - and I also firmly believe the moon/earth affects our bodies more than we realize...

Niknaks - Lunar fertility chart sounds interesting. I read that the moon affects woman in terms of when its full moon you bleed more around period time. welcome by the way

Tracy - boxes!!! - hectic hun. try Rental Giant/local property agent - let them do the work for you... and sorry about the pain not nice to deal with as well.

Morning ladies.

Wow, well, I have started my day off with a bang, Apart from month end rush, AF pains & clotting from hell, and being just plain darn SORE, I got an email from my landlord saying they have found new tenants, and they are moving in end of September!!!!
So now I have to find somewhere to LIVE ASAP!!!!!!
I asked him on thursday if we could maybe cut our lease short so my folks have somewhere to stay for a period of time so they can recoup their losses after the market crash etc (they are caravaning & touring SA for a few years as their lifelong dream after retirement).
They can't afford this any more, and can't afford to settle down yet either.
SO, we asked the landlord of we could move early, then we could look for a house (in a access-controlled area) and they can pu their caravan on the property & stay for how ever long they like.
So my landlord is VERY helpful, and has found somone immediately!!! So now I have MORE stress!!!

Sorry, I just had to vent a little to ger rid of some stress....eish, I'm stressed out man!!!

Ok ladies, let me go work, and in-between all this, find a house!!

Hello again, thanks so much for the warm welcome! I already feel at home hehe...

there are so many of you, so I'm going to make an effort to get to know you all individually.

I'm currently on CD24, but AF has not really been regular so I normally wait till about 40 days. According to my Lunar Fertility Chart ( ) I ovulated on Full Moon (24 Aug). I'm hoping it's right, since with the anovulation I don't ever know if/ when I ovulate. That whole week and a few days prior to it, I had tingly boobs, which I've always thought means pregnancy but I think - and hope - I can regard it as one of the signs of ovulation. So at the moment I'm 6dpo... trying so hard not to look for any signs, since I don't want to become obsessed with ttc...sigh! We have only been TTC since the end of July-ish.

Thanks for the charting temps tips. I'll start doing that when AF arrives...
