Oh yes, Tanasha, I also used Agnus Castus just before I did first IUI and it really does work, it took about 2 months but it regulated my cycles to 28 days instead of 30/31/32/33/34 days. I'm actually taking it now again to keep my cycles in 28 days while we're on a break

Thx girls, i'm really afraid to test .... hate bfn's.... and everytime i was late and testing AF arrrived in full force. Wonder why we hate some stuff in life so much?
However i really don't feel + this month (again). But will keep you posted.

Marinda - I bought it at Dischem in the supplement section. Vitex can be used for low progesterone... but read the link TaNasha posted ...

Hayley - YAY for AF (only in your case for this time) thanks DH is doing most of the packing this time... his turn - I moved us on my own last time.

Also know about the cramping grrrrrrr, not nice, and only thing helping me throught the first 2 days and nights is nurofen.

Lp of 14 day is good hopefully is mine also now 14 days.
