Strikkie for your chart to be tri-phasic, your temps should now go higher than 36.70 and stay there for a couple days.

A triphasic chart shows three levels of temperatures: pre-ovulation, post-ovulation, and then a second rise around 7-10 days after ovulation. So in other words, you have 3 levels to your chart. Does that make sense?

LOL Andy, the meds that homeo give also taste like blehhhhhh and it's also 3x/day ha ha, i always have a glass of fruit juice with.
