Not really in the mood for another IUI, so hoping that after I have lost some weight I will join something like weighless to try and maintain the lost and then hoping that I will fall preganant as my PCOS should be less and maintain the pregnancy as my Insulin would be down.

Hallo ladies,

I am one week into my diet, and still keeping strong!!! Lost a HUGE amount of weight this week, 6 kg! Wooohooo! This is just counting calories and cutting out all drinks excepct water and black koffie and tea (NO sweetner and sugar) No Sugars, no oils, no butters, no starch. And tiny Tiny 4 meals a day! I so hope I can keep this up for 6 weeks and then conceive while on a break!

I read that if you lose 10% your body weight your PCOS will be under control. So 4 kg to go and I am in a better position! I want to eaat healthy with no yummy wine ect for 6 weeks as a semi-fast for my fertility. I do believe if I can do this I would be in a better position to conceive.
And as I am not using any pills or supplements I am still in a healthy state. I feel more energetic and sleep a lot better. Lost 10.5cm! Woooohoooo!

Ok so Af will arrive sometime this week. Had some spotting this morning.

Well change of plan, i will be here today as there is to much work to do and need less to say im 4 weeks behind on the work, so i wont be joining the company on their Womans Day... Quite upset about that, but hey, i suppose work is more important.

AFM, CD 55 today and 14DPO and still no sign of AF.... Better not speak to soon or i may jinx it...

And it's Liam 1st Birthday today.. Feeling pretty good about it, not down in the dumps like i thought i would be...

Strikie,ur chart looks good so far!Definate ovulation there...so im holding thumbs that egg was caught 4 u this month!
At 8dpo its a little early 2 say if its showing possible implantation,but great so far!
