Ah man, every time I reply it loses my post

Sue : I was the one who bought the progesterone cream. It costs R140 and it's for a 2 month supply. BUT, it's not nearly as strong as the tablets etc. It's a more natural approach than the tablets are by far.
But that's why I'm going to the gynae - he needs to tell me if I really DO have progesterone problems, and if so, is the cream alone enough to help etc.

Ika I understand completely. But maybe give the second IUI a chance and see how it goes but don't stop eating right and excercising and if it's BFN again, then take a 2 month break and do SERIOUS training to try wip your body into shape! Follow a nice healthy program for those 2 months and then try again after! But if you do that then don't BD around O time for those 2 months ;-)

And Sue - yes let's start a club but your wayyyy ahead with your 6kg's!!! Such a show off LOL

I feel the same about my weight. I got pregnant with DS very easily! 3 months off the pill, and now I am 30kg heavier have PCOS Insulin issues and need IUI's. I keep on thinking if I can lose 20 to 25 kg then maybe it will just happen!

Lose the weight, that will mean Insulin and PCOS will be better and then try naturally again for a tiny bit and then go back to FS. DH said this is a lot like gambeling. Every month I say this is it, and then I think ok let's just try one more month, as if each time I am so close to the jackpot!

So I think for me I need to get to a point that I can say I will stop for 3 months and get weight under control, but I am so worries about my protegen and that I maight fall pregant and then I was not on proetegen!!!

That's exactly how I feel Ika. I know everyone says it doesn't matter about your weight etc but for me personally I feel that is what I have to focus on now and I'll have a healthy and happy pregnancy in any case when I'm healthier and fitter!

DH and I decided to do the USN program - going full on Monday - I'm just going to pig out on lots and lots of wine this weekend first ;-)

Ika check your post on accupuncture I left a message there - also quite interested to just give it a try while I'm on the break!
