Ok, so i have taken Tracy's advice and i have'nt eaten or drank anything since 12:30 at lunch time as i am planning pee on an OPK at 18:00pm... That will give you a total of 4 hrs waiting, now you can imagine how my bladder wants to burst.. Im in so much pain on the left had side, so im hopeing this is ovulation on CD 27 and i get a + OPK this evening and gonna BD.. And hopeing my temp rises tomorrow morning..

So off i go to Clicks.. Wether my OPK is + or - i will try post a pic so i can get some feedback from you, my friends..

ika i did have a scan last week and saw the little bean in the uterus so we know it's in the right place.

but they only want to do another scan next week so we can try see a heartbeat as I expect I will be 6 weeks and a few days by the time I go.

definitely happy to go on the progesterone if that's what she recommends.
I was actually speaking to the secretary. they seemed a little surprised that the doctor in france didnt start me on it. but she was a GP and honestly, she didnt even do anything. not even check my blood pressure so I felt it was pointless seeing her. the only thing she did was refer me for a sonar.

have already been for 3 lots of bloods so dont really want to go again. first count was 88. 5 days later it was 812 and then 4 days later it was 7389 so it's been rising well

Meags: I have protegen problems. It is not great! So if you go for bnloods again ask them to do a protegen test.
I have to do all my HCG test with a Prostegen test.

I was on Duphsul (Sorry something like that, can't spell it) usually, had no side effects, one pill in the morning.

I am now on to the big guns, have got a Vjay jay suppository one in the morning (SORRY TMI) and then two lovely pearly onces at night. Apparantly the nock you out a bit!

Not reall had any bad side effect. Can't really tell, as the day I started using them was the day after I got ill, and still sick.

But if your gynie wants you to go onto them I would suggest you do it quickly! It is quite important to keep your progesterone levels up, as when they drop they will tell you body that AF need to start. So go get yours ASAP.

Did your gynie sound concerned?

Try and go for bloods and a scan. I went for a sacn with my son on 4 weeks 5 days, could not see a lot, but they saw the bean and knew it was in the correct place. Was an internal scan. At least that will put your mind to eas.

try gor for a scan, depending on the equipment you might be able to get a heartbeat. We got a good pick and heartbeat at 6w1d.

ok well spoke to the gynae and she says i should start on progesterone and go for a scan next week.
can someone tell me everything they know about progesterone?
how does it help? side effects? etc
