Laliek: I am the same as you. Might even be worse. I let go completely 3 years ago! No excersise and drinking Savanna's and not eating healthy. I tried to diet in between, but the weight came off so slow that I just fell back into bad habits.
Now with the IUI I need to take it easy and get into it without over doing it.
Also they only realised that I have serious Insulin problems, so in a way that turned out to be lucky, as I can't eat any carbs or sugar anymore. Also no more Savanna's. So I am allowed red wine over the weekend, but only a bit. So I am hoping that this new healthy living will help me shed some kilo's. I need to as I read everywhere that if you have PCOS and you lose at least 10% your body weight you have a better chance. Also need to be healthy to get my Insulin down, as this is a concern for a MC!
So it is healthy all the way, but losing very slowly! I have not been for spinning or any excersice since my IUI
