is your 1y old sleeping through?

my LG has never slept thru, on a good night we wake up twice and on a bad night its every 2hours. luckily she just BF and goes straight to sleep, unless if its separation anxiety then I just hug her and within a minute she's back to sleep.

We just all hang in there, "This two shall pass!" . . . repeated everytime you are up @ odd hours with a baby, you'll soon believe it

Finn is 1 next month and also not sleeping through. Its ok when we have a good night and he wakes up once or twice, but then we get long patches of bad nights where he's awake for an hour or two during the night. They are so hard!

Its funny how sleeping through seems to be so important for us though! I can handle the whining clinging baby as long as I've had enough sleep. And its the one questions moms ask each other "is he/she sleeping through yet?". Then you either sympathise with the mom with the non-sleeper or are desparately envious of the mom with the sleeper. I think I may just need to accept that my child will take a while to sleep through.

1st timer you are not alone, my lg was sleeping through on most days till she started walking at 10.5 months and everything just went pear shaped from there. She wakes up once, sometimes twice during the night for bf and well I dont get up, I just feed her lying down.

sleeping through???dont know what that mean. My 14 month is still waking one or twice at night for a bottle.

last night i started to stop 2 bottles during the night feed so i half the bottle with water.
there has been crying in my house from 4am this morning for the formula bottle.
will continue for this week drop the 2 bottles during the night and hopefully then he will sleep peacefully.

You are not alone, my baby is 16 months and she still doesn't sleep through!!! On a good night I'll get up once or twice on a bad night (which I've been having the past week), I'll be getting up every hour/second hour

From the age of one, they accomplish a lot of milestones. Walking, finer motor skills, those toothies that give them hell - so there are a few things that could be keeping them up at night. Usually when she's had a couple of restless nights it's due to teething.
Just make sure that there aren't any underlying problems like possible ear infection.
