I found this link great for ideas on how to fold:

The best is to play around with a few different folds to see what works best. Sometimes what works for a boy doesn't work for a girl etc.
I really liked the first one, the Square Fold. It was the simplest, could get done super quickly, and just seemed to work. I did it slightly differently to how they show. I held the nappy up as a square, then folded the top down about a third of the way (this depends on the size of your baby as to how far down you fold it), then brought my two hands together folding the new rectangle in half like that. Not sure if that makes sense? I never bothered with indenting the middle like they show, it didn't really make a difference. But I would then lie him on that rectangle, and then fold the sides in between his legs. Bring it up and through and then open it out by his tummy again so i could do it up with a snappy (I never pinned on the sides like they show, jut one snappy in the front).
I'll try and take some demo pics to explain better if you want.
But yes, you can buy the white cloth squares at WW, or you can even buy them at pep. You can buy both snappies and waterproofs at pep. There are different types of waterproofs. You can get the standard ones or ones with snaps on the sides. If you buy the snap ones though buy a size smaller than you think - they are HUGE!
Generally, if you cloth nappy full time you place the nappies in a dry bucket and when that's full wash them in the machine. What I did with the terry squares though is in the mornings I would try and rinse out a bit of the wee in the sink, and then i filled the sink with warm water and threw a teaspoon of steri nappy in. When I got home in the evening i let out the water, did a very basic rinse (like rinsing out a face cloth, nothing major), and then chucked that into the bucket.
(you don't have to use steri nappy. Now that I'm using the more expensive nappies i just leave them soaking in plain water during the day because the steri nappy can damage them)
Terry squares are the easiest to wash as they are virtually indestructible. You can throw them in the washing machine and wash at any temperature (I usually do a 60C wash). Usually you would use half the amount of detergent that you would normally use, and then do an extra rinse at the end. Oh, and one rinse in the beginning but if you are rinsing the nappies in the morning then you can probably skip the pre-rinse.
The waterproofs should never be washed hotter than 60C and be sure not to put the waterproofs in steri nappy either.
Here's a good article about washing:

Hope this helps?
Let me know if you have any other questions.
Oh, regarding the liners, you can buy basic pep liners, but what I did was went to a fabric shop and bought 1 metre of fleece (you can buy much less if it's just for night use), and then I cut nice wide long rectangles and i use that as my liners because you just wash them with the nappy and it helps keep the bum dry.
