I am so glad to hear all the positive feedback. I always hoped this website would "take off" and become a home to women like PF was to me.

Without a forum, my pregnancy, the birth of my child and having a baby would have been a totally different experience. I became friends with my "July Moms". We phone each other, we sms each other, we visit and we truly care about each other. I now see them as some of my closest friends.

RM, I have to agree, sometimes I want to give someone a cyber slap but mostly I click away. It's actually quite fun to read when people get all worked up. :laugh:

I really hope this forum grows even more and am happy to report that new members are registering daily (we had 7 new registrations today). So please, invite everyone you know. Tell everyone you know and keep the suggestions coming. (I really want the blog to grow into something interesting that you all like reading. It is a work in progress.)

My only problem at the moment is that I am so busy with the site, my job and my baby that I hardly have time to chat. :(

Hehe. I am oversensitive at the best of times. But I try to remind myself that on this forum their are pregnant hormonal moms and overtired moms. I was a nightmare when pregnant so will try to never judge a pregnant women because I've been there. And I am very tired and some days I think I'm just not coping. But when I'm having one of those days I tend to post a whole lot less just in case I do offend someone.

lol kristin. I have a pact with someone that if either of us oversteps the line we will nudge the other. So far so good.

I am really okay with criticism, but hate rudeness.

I was about to say it's not what we say but how we say it, which makes it difficult to get the true feel of a response when cyber chatting. Someone who uses harsh tone will read responses in that tone too and may take offence when none is intended.

On pf I got a very rude response one day. I thought okay I will just read it again. Maybe I am missing a good point. One that totally helped me to find more reason for not bonding with my baby, but each time I read her response I got annoyed so what she said had merit, but it was said in a harsh way and if I take offence then you know it was realllly rude.

I think that people are pretty open and honest on this forum. Far more so than they would be face to face. But that is the nature of the virtual world. I also think that the bigger the forum gets the more interesting it becomes. And the more people you have on the more opinions will be voiced. Sooner or later someone is going to piss on your battery, and well, that's life. Now please remind me of this when/if I get the hell in with someone ;-)
