Hope you had a good appointment at the dr - please come and update!Everything ready for the party this weekend? Yes, the room doesn't make sense. Millay will sleep in our room as well for the first few months(both boys was in their own cots but in our room till about 8/9 months anyway). But I changed and dressed and played with them in their rooms. But will make a pretty room for Millay in our new house!!

Carlene, shame are you okay after the fall?? The kids are so cute when they fuss over their mommys! Argh - that's what frustates me as well with this whole property thing, you have to follow up the whole time, otherwise nothings get done!! The property valuear was at our house today for the buyers bond, hopefully all will be fine! I stress a bit, we don't have houseplans for our existing house, and the ones that are at Tshwane is not up tp date, so I hope they don't require it!
I like the name Lika, it was on my list as well, but Dh didn't like it.

Hi Girls

My weekend was a quiet one. My DH helped his Mom to move from Stilfontein to Pta. And then a dog bit him on his arm. Luckily it is just a bruise. But he said it is very sore. Shame.

On Sunday morning, this “Humpty Dumpty” had a not so great fall on Sunday. There is a step to the living room and I don’t know how it happened, but I didn’t step deep enough. I hurt my knee a bit and my thumb, but otherwise I’m fine. But I burst out in tears; I think more out of shock than anything else. But Emma woke up from the noise and she called me. I went to her and she saw me crying. Shame, she was so sweet. She asked me:”Mammie, jy OK? Jy huil. Kom ek vee jou trane af” and she wiped my tears with her blanky. And then she said: “nou is dit beter”. And later on she came to give my knee a kiss and she put some “spoegies” on it. She is so adorable.

Ashleigh, you must enjoy your visit to the gyne. I’m going on Thursday again. Can’t wait anymore.

Zel, It is so frustrated when the banks don’t do there jobs. We are also struggling to get our bond registered. But it is the attorneys that must sort that out. The girl that is working with our stuff is so incompetent. My husband mailed her about two weeks ago to ask her if there is anything she still need from us. And we heard nothing from her. And then I mailed her last week to ask her when the bond will be registered, because we used up all our money, and need the money from the bond now to finish our house. Then all of a sudden she phoned my DH and told him that nobody told them that there is a Nedbank bond the needs to be cancelled. But two months ago when we went to sign the documents, we signed the papers for the Nedbank bond that needs to be cancel. Now two month later she doesn’t know about it. And then about an hour later Nedbank phoned my DH to ask him if he know about the cancellation. So it took her 2 months to cancel that bond.

We are still deciding on a name for our LG. My DH didn’t like Mia or Anè. But he liked Amei, and I didn’t like it. So now it is between Lika or Lisa. Lika means “beautiful” and “Beauty of God” and on the internet it said “Messenger” as well. Lisa means “Consecrated to God” and “Redeemed”.

Bought a pretty dress for Zaylee for her birthday party on Sunday. We tried it on last night. She was facinated by it. She checked everything out, too cute.

Zelf I feel the same. Im also not doing a room for Mckaylin. When we eventually move her out of our room she will be sharing a room with Zaylee and her room is perfect for the 2 little girls. In a way I feel bad, but it makes no sence to change anything at the moment.

Cakes congrats on the LB. Riley is a nice name.

Will be going to the doc at 12:15. Cant wait to see baby again.

Juandre, I hope you got the stuff sorted out at SARS. Sometimes they are so efficient, but most of the times they drive me nuts! Out Boerbull pup is the same, luckily he's afraid of loud noises, so I just get a newspaper and smack it hard on the ground, then he listens. But, it's not funny when I sit on the grass, and this 42 kg dog thinks he's still a small puppy(he's 8 months now) and come and sit on this pregnant fairie's lap, and I don't have anything with me to get him off!! I had to shout to Ewan the other day to please just bring me a newspaper or magazine - I could not get the dog off, and DH was not home. But, he is so lovable - the kids can do anything with/to him. When he starts barking though, no one wants to come into our property!

Congrats on your boy Riley Cakes! I think wait till about 22 weeks before you start to worry about the movement. Sometimes, it's such small movements, and you're so busy now, that it might be there, you just don't know it yet.

We stained a cabinet that we use in our room, which I want to use for this babies clothes. It feels so weird not to prepare a room for her, I did so much for the other 2. But it's just not feasible to do a room for her now, we have to move out of our current house end of Jan, I do not know where to, Standard Bank misplaiced about 20 properties' papers, of which one is ours, so we are waiting!

Janu did not sleep well at all last night, eventually put him in bed with us, and then he tossed and turned the whole night. Think he's teething . DH is home feeling sick as well. So feels a bit like a blue monday to me

Hi ladies,

So the weekend went well. DH and me sorted out everything on friday over lunch and it was just a misunderstanding on both our parts. Had a quiet weekend further on. Went for a walk on the farm on Saturday, Chloé walked all the way, but got distracted alot, so it took a while to get back home again. She then slept from 1 till nearly 5 o'clock. But that is her normal sleeping time. She is getting so cute. Then I went for a nap as well and we had a nice evening in front of the tv. Except the damn WP lost!!!

On Sunday we watched the world cup final and france lost
Made snackwiches for lunch (and dinner) and a friend of my DH came around at 1 o'clock and they played PS3 while Chloé and me took our midday naps. Again a very quit evening. BUT I AM SOOOOO TIRED TODAY! Can barely keep my eyes open!

OK enough about me.

Cakes - RE movement, it all depends. With my first LG I felt her the first time at 17 weeks. Now I only felt my LB at 18 weeks. They say you must give it till at least 22 weeks before stressing about it. Oh yes and CONGRATULATIONS on the boy!

Carol - glad your visit went well! BIG BABY hey?

Simone - don't worry, I also have extra weight (a lot actually!!!) Gynae craps me out every time I go there.

both myself & baby are doing well , health & growth wise . if my memeory serves me correct , think he weighed 257g.

sorry for only posting now, abit of a hectic weekend ... hen party was a barrel of laughs .. i got dressed up & walked down the road asking for coffee, sugar & milk ..

got a very nice gifts , sure myself & hubby will enjoy it ....
