Hi there

Got my nappy bin last night!! jippee another thing ticked on my list!!

Our neighbors is moving and im glad in a way because they were terrible!! but now i just pray that they get nice people asap dont want us to pay more rent or electricity the agent dont like us that much! its a house and a town house on one yard seperate from each other we just shared a gate im just afraid if the house stays empty its an easy target for burglars.

i just want to go relax this weekend and forget about all my worries wish it was tommorow this time already. still need to get pack etc tonight doing the last washing the maid is coming tomorrow so when i get off from work going to take our car to my friend and then we gonna get the snacks and put fuel in his car and then i need to finish packing so when dh comes home from work can just go!!

31 weeks tomorrow!! if i dont pop in tomorrow have a great weekend!!

got the cutest teddy from my colleague to thank me for standing in for her Friday with the wages!!
Her sister had her baby last week and she cant breastfeed and she gave her electric breast pump to her so she said i can have it she must just go fetch it at her mom's fx that will be a huge gift.
My other friend is posting me something for NZ i really feel blessed!
Mariné very active and she and daddy having a ball after work its so special to see how they bond!!
Thanks for the tips on the washing i normally do cold wash in any case will just use the gentle spin as well. I got from those Elizabeth annes and those sunlight baby washpowder though of using the sunlight for the blankets and spoegdoeke and bedding and then the elizabeth anne's for the clothes.

i have a feeling that my s sec is gonna be the 29/08/2012 that makes it exactly 8 weeks from today!! and 6 weeks exactly till my mat leave!!

Zoe that will be a nice campcot. I got one basic one as a gift that will be at mil ( she is having her own baby room for my lg) and then we bought a nice one at game not those most expensive one's it was R1599 Which my mother paid R1000.

We cant afford a holiday now that why im so thankful for this weekend at my mom!

Well going down on your dosage is a good sign.
It sounds a bit more complicated than I have knowledge for but I'm sure she'll give you the required meds.

With Eltroxin you could halve the tablet and take half a day or theres a product called Euthyrox which comes in 0.25mg doses. I take 1 0.1mg eltroxin tablet and 1 0.025mg Euthyrox tablet a day.

@ Joybaby: I'm on 50mg Eltroxin.
My gynae called me yesterday afternoon to say that my thyroid results came back, and that they need to cut down on my dosage of Eltroxin, as my TSH is too low and something about the Thyroxine being too high. I'm seeing her on Friday this week, so she will give me a new script and discuss further in detail. She did mention however that I need to be on 25mg and that Eltroxin does not come in that dosage.

Zoecat shew that sounds very painful!!! I also have my thyroid tested again at my next scan. Meant to be in July but a couple weeks late will be okay as its been stable till now.
How much eltroxin are you on? I'm now on 0.125. When I first needed them abt 3 years ago I started on 0.5 so its gotten worse with time!

You can definitely machine wash the baby clothes, just watch things like blankets that are more embroided as the machine especially tumble dryer can damage these. We used sunlight baby washing powder (the elizabeth anne stuff is just too pricey) and stasoft baby.

When I read your post about the colours I read "Liam" instead of "Lime" lol. Suddenly thought your LO's name was Liam!
Re campcot we were gifted one that was on special from babyboom for R500. It's very basic, as it doesnt have the changing mat and mobile etc but it did the job! I bought a clip on mobile which we will use again, and K absolutely loved it!
We have given back the wooden cot which my aunt loaned us, and we only used it for about 8 months in total. This time we wont use a wooden cot at all.
We are currently using the toddler bed for K which is about the size of a campcot, and its actually working out so well! A bigger bed would be too big for her at the moment.

Not much news my side. Went for an interview today which I wont even comment on, the guy didn't even tell me about the job or more about what the company does etc just had me take a bookkeeping test and confirm my results were okay and that I'd hear back in 2-3 days time. So 50KM driving for a 3 minute interview. Sooo odd!

Baby is very busy the last few days a lot more than before now. I'm pretty sure that DH will be able to feel her move this week!
Kaylee is very cute and touch wood has gotten into a good sleep routine again too which helps a lot with my pregnancy fatigue although I tend to get a 2nd wind around 9:30pm and then struggle to go to sleep before 11:30pm

@ Belaine: DH wants the Bokke themed camcot from Babies R Us. (It's only R699) I'm letting him choose it, as I had a say in the nursery and practically everything else.

Plus it will go well in the nursery - Half Lime walls with Green curtains.

I am desperately in need of a holiday or getaway.
I feel like lounging on some beach some where, LOL

I suggested Durban to DH, but he said that there is too much of politics (Family drama) when we are in Durban. He is right though, and I don't need that stress now.

This morning he suggested Sun City, and said that I can relax at the valley of waves, as its the closest we can get to water and sand... So maybe we will plan something by the end of this month. And its not a far drive from Johannesburg.

Monica - I'm sure your hormones are wreaking havoc, but you must remember
and celebrate every life - no matter how short

Belaine - you can just do a cold wash for the new clothes

Things have been insane here - started the renovations on the weekend and already
some major issues with the kitchen plans and electrician, but all seems to have been
sorted out now - the mains board was right in the middle of the wall where we wanted
our chimney cookerhood, so we thought we would have to return it and buy another
small one (which would have completely changed the whole look & feel of the kitchen)
but then we also needed to upgrade the old mains board to allow for all the new appliance
we are adding,s o the electrician said we should just pay the extra R5000 and move the
whole board, so we get to keep our lovely extractor
We also found beautiful parquet flooring throughout the entire house
But D loves the huge garden and the park across the road, so she keeps asking for the "hee-haw"
(see-saw)
Can't wait til we can finally move in!! (fingers crossed it will be 1 Aug )
then to start planning D's 2nd birthday!

McK is moving around so much I can't believe it - she's going crazy most of the day - esp now, feels
so weird, like someone is punching my from the inside!
Next scan is in 2 weeks (28wk) - hopefull this time she'll let us take a nice profile pic of her face (she's
been too shy the past 3 scans!)

HR still hasn't found anyone to interview yet as my temp - only 2.5 months left
(hopefully will find an internal person so I don't have to train them too hectically
on all the systems etc )
