I finally got round to registering Colby's birth today & decided to do his passport all in one go...

@juwayraj... What browser are you using? I was having the same problem and found that only explorer works. I usually use firefox but it won't work there...

Sorry you ladies are struggling with the boob/bottle confusion... Guess we're lucky in that we don't have any problems. I bath Colby & Tori around 6:30, he has a feed around 7:00/7:30 and then sleeps through till about 5:30/6:00 most mornings. It's my 3 yr old keeping us up. Either getting up for a wee or climbing into bed with us.

I was thinking of changing to formula soon, but think now i'd also like to hold out till the end of winter, so much easier... My big boy will be 4 months old in a couple of days... Can't believe it!

Tazzy9: I haven't gotten any help. I'm still struggling a bit but on Monday he seemed to drink well again and yesterday morning before I left for work. Lastnight he struggled a bit but in that case I just leave him and try again later.

Over the passed weekend I didnt give him bottle at all, it was a bit hard but I wasn't gonna let this go! I am still expressing during the day and he gets formula if needed during the day. But all the while when I'm at home , he needs to drink on me. If I wake up during the night then I tr and wake him to feed and he drinks with no fuss. I want to give him as little formula as possible in the process so i gotta pump, pump, pump!

Tazzy - he may have reflux... Morgan is the same if she doesnt get her Nexium for the day. Its anti-reflux meds which help keep her food down.

Sleeping through is 7hours of sleep... Maybe try extending the evening bath... We bath at 7, feed at 730 and then she sleeps till about 530 - 6:00

As for going back to work - your heart breaks everyday you leave that little one... I ownt lie - its not easy! Are you sending him to school or leaving him with a nanny? The thing is not to call all the time to see how its going, set times for yourself - like a phone call in the midmorning and one midafternoon! With my firstborn i cried almost all the way to work. She didnt realise what was going on as shhe was still at home in her environment and with a nanny that she was used to. It does get easier over time though...

SMA - Tamina is simpy adorable! Its amazing how time is flying hey - almost time for alot of us to be returning to work!

Tazzy and Juwayraj - i am the bearer of bad news... With my first born we only introduced the bottle at 3 months and it went will until about month 8... She displayed the same symptoms as Connor and eventually weaned herself... The problem was made worse by the fact the wasnt even feeding at night (she also slept through at 3monts) and i think my supply slowly dwindled until it just didnt satisfy her enough! I even begged her to use the nipple as dummy as i wasnt ready to give up breastfeeding at this point. They just slowly get used to the bottle and want to drinki less and less off you!

I am praying that the same doesnt happen with Morgan. My plan is the same as Juwayraj for returning to work: express twice a day and a formula bottle in btw, and feed off me when i am home! Its what i did with my firstborn and it worked for 4 months... by 9 month she was fully weaned! I just want to get Morgan through the winter with breastfeeding!

Juwayraj - please say u got help with the breast refusal??!!
Connor has gone completely off my boobs in the last week - he only wants his bottle if I even put him in that position he cries! It started off with restless feeding, a few sucks then pulling off not he want even let my boob near his face! I'm devastated - I love breastfeeding, it took 3 weeks of lots of tears, sweat and prayers to get him to latch now this CRY FACE! The only time he drinks from my boob is the middle of the night when he is sleepy! I phoned the le leche league and they say he has nipple confusion, the BF consultant made me introduce a bottle the Calma from 9 weeks, but ever since I put him on the boob directly after his shots to try soothe him, he did this! He is referring to my noob as pain I'm sure and every day he likes the bottle more and more! Please help anyone??
