Ek het nou net die uitslae van my Beta gekry - 2816!! So nie eers nodig om vir n opvolg te gaan nie.
Ek is nog nie "naar" nie, maar ek voel so nou en dan dat dit kom - meer soos n hol kol op my maag...

Ons het nog niemand vertel nie (behalwe my beste vriendin - ek moet IEMAND he om mee te praat ), dis my Pa se verjaarsdag partytjie volgende naweek, so sal seker dan vir hom iets spesiaal gee - moet nog dink.
En dan sal ons die skoon-ouers ook MOET se - hulle kom goed oor die weg met my ouers, wil nie he hulle moet tweede-handse nuus kry nie

Moet more/oormore op n spanbou gaan by die werk - ons doen "Amazing Race" met n oorslaap... hoop maar ek kan daardeur kom sonder om iets weg te gee... gelukking weet almal klaar dat ek nooit alkohol drink nie, so dit gaan nie n probleem wees nie. Solank die naarheid nog net n paar dae wegbly.

Dr says that my progesterone tested normal when we did the tests about a year ago. He has said I should take Ecotrin as soon as I find out I'm pregnant, so will follow up with that when I see him at the end of the month.

We have an awesome set up for Skype - my Mom did all her interviews for the positions in Canada through it, so we will have good visuals to share

Congrats on your anniversary! It's my and DH's 1st anniversary next month! I'm glad it's such a happy one for you this year.

Hi Bsquared!!! Welcome to our group so glad that is growing!!!!! I am really really sorry to hear about your MC and I hope and pray that this will be a sticky bean.

I think that your attitude is awesome, as my doctor said to me there is no need to panic about MC because the reality is that there is nothing we can do about it if you are not drinking and smoking and excessively exercising then we are already doing every thing we can to help our little babies so best thing we can do is not worry about MC and be excited and make a happy home for our little ones. I know this is a lot easier said than done but I am really glad that you are trying!!!!

Are you on extra progetorone? I know my doc put me on it after my MC scare and I know that maybe is also on it to help prevent.

Sorry your mom is moving away but Skype is really an amazing connection tool make sure you both get a PC Cam so that she can see your belly grow

Since JeanneK also joined this group, I will too. My due date is 3 March and I also wasn't wanting to start a group as I'm very new to the boards.

I can understand the Afrikaans, so feel free to carry on, but I don't type very well in it!

I must admit I've been very nervous with this pregnancy already - I've had 2 MCs in the last 9 months, one at 7 weeks, one at 5 weeks, so I keep not wanting to hope. But I've made a decision to stay positive and do all the things that new moms would normally do! I filled in the pregnancy calendar that came with My Pregnancy this month, I've bought a pregnancy book and we bought the first item of clothing for the baby - cute red and black booties - from a market we went to last weekend.

We've told my parents. But that's a bit sad as they are leaving to go to Canada for 3 years at the end of this month. I'm really going to miss my Mom through all this! We will Skype often though! We will tell DH's parents and rest of our immediate family after my first scan, just to make sure that everything is A-OK.

I haven't had any nausea really, but I have preggie bladder. I read somewhere that the average person goes 4-7 times a day. I'm going 4-7 times before breakfast! It's driving me bananas.

I have my first scan on 29 July at 9 weeks and I'm excited that my Mom will be able to come to that too. Hopefully it is nice and clear. I'm using my Gynea as I'm worried about another MC and I know he helped a friend of mine keep her baby after multiple MCs and a threatened one. So I'm hoping if anything goes wrong, he will be able to do the same for me! I also haven't known my GP that long.

I have been following this board for about 10 days. Izzels glad that everything is ok. Maybe I hope that scan today is awesome.
