Hi mamas
Am back at work today,feeling much better. I have a lot going on at home, but i don't want to dwell on it. I slept the whole day,but missed out on eating cause i was very lazy to prepare anything, i just had my shake and my fruit.


Pregnant fairy am glad all is fine with you, we were very worried

Hasie-thanks for the tip, i have tried this before but then i did not make the gel, i had to re wash the my clothes. I will try it, good thing you shared

My baba is very active, even at night cause i struggled to sleep as i slept too much during the day, but i am not complaining.

Hubby felt baba move for the first time last night just before midnight. we were so excited it took us hours to fall asleep.

Pregnant Fairy - I agree with doing what's best. colleague also ONLY wanted natural birth but was on the verge of pre-eclampsia, so had to do C-section and was fine afterwards.

Santie, hope your little girl is better today and that its not spreading.

Hasie - whoohooo excited for your half way!!!! must be great reaching that milestone! cant wait!

Jay , enjoy the rest and hope you feel better soon, I know what you mean about the emotions and crying, it only started recently with me, will cry very quick

I cant wait to start with the girls' room, hubby already planning and designing what need to go where. to sweet. will only porb start in Dec as we both will be on leave then and bonuses etc. Weekends so hectic now.

My sister in law is having her baby next week Thursday!! just cant wait anymore!!!

Will be going to a multiple seminar on Saturday on CT - exciting!!

Hi ladies! I had an emergency C-section with Luke at 37 weeks. Went for my normal 37 week check-up and dr said i must book into the hospital, baby was in distress. I have high blood pressure, from age 22 already and with pregnancies it just get worse. I had pre-eclampsia and my life and my baby's life was in danger.

With my current pregnancy I'm suffering from severe high blood pressure again and my gynae does not want to take the chance for me to have a natural birth and he explained to me that a C-section will be the safest.

I wanted to go the natural route this time, but I'll rather do what is safest for mommy and baby.
