Makat, i bought my nappies on the internet. google 'cloth nappies in South Africa' and you will find all the brands. And Doodlebums is a very nice website with all the brands on 1 site - they also have a very nice facebook page

Jay, can't help you in regards to acupuncture.
shame, it must be terrible struggling with that swelling.

I know a friend who uses acupunncture for swollen feet and it works like a charm to relieve the pressure. Hope your family issues gets resolves soonest. Sometimes it helps to talk, find someone you trust and share ur worries, it'll relieve you of some of the pressure and worries you have.

Where can I get the cloth nappies, I shopped aroundbut to no vail we have Reggies, Baby Boom,Dischem and clicks.

Has anybody ever considered acupuncture? i read some where that it can help swollen feet. Arg am still swollen, but my doc is not concerned at all. I soak them in epsom salt water everynight. When i wake the swelling had gone down a bit, by the time i go home, its the same as the day before

Works very well for us

Ladies that are expecting your 3 child, my other 2 are 5 & 2, and my 2 year old is driving me up the walls, she is so busy, I cant remember that my LB was so busy, is this normal (hehe) I think I just need some quite time, and my husband has been working late this whole week, so I have been doing everything for the 2 of them the whole week, that is maybe why I feel like I do
