hehehe... now is the time for discipline, i would really love to not pick up so much weight this time around
need very healthy snacks now when i am so constantly hungry, but really do not feel like having healthy snacks

o, and the tiredness kicked in as well this morning. staying awake at work is a bit of a mission.

i eat a lil and i am full to the point of where I'm nauseous and then an hour later i am starving like i never ate in days lol,

I have also been feeling hungry permanently, never seem to be full, lol!

jip, cramp are very normal. everything needs to stretch out and move around to make space for baba. the ligament stretching are the hectic cramps.
luckily it comes and goes.

i thought morning sickness is done and dusted after 5 good days, but its back in full swing from last night
and from yesterday i am extremely hungry - baba must be going through a growth spurt

we cant wait. i think my hubby wants to wrap me in bubblewrap if he could.

Thanks Ayesha, you are quite lucky to have a GP as a relative. My appointment is on Friday, we are sooo excited and will definitely ask him about it. I can't wait to hear how yours goes on Thursday

We are all nearing the end of the first trimester so hopefully we will all be rid of morning sickness and exhaustion asap!

hey belly, don't stress too much, its not good, i guess im lucky my gp is my dads bro so i can call him any time day or night, and i do,

your gynae app is on Friday right? ask him about it, he'll be able to better explain it.

i had a horrible weekend, Saturday i was sick the entire day to the point of exhaustion. hope every one else's morning sickness is getting better
