Simone, it definitely feels like time has sped up the last few weeks

I have my next appointment tomorrow at 14:45 and wondering what we'll be discussing/scanning tomorrow as all abnormality testing is done, I think? Is it just measuring growth from here on out?

I've booked husband and me for a antenatal class. It looks really nice. i'm sure all the Mediclinics will have such classes (if you're interested). Here's a quick summary of what it entails. We start at 8h00 until 15h00. its R300 per couple and includes discussions on delivery options, CPR - neonatal, Pain management, Preggy Pilatus exercises that can be done at home, breastfeeding, Baby massage and bath and all other post natal issues that may arise. it also includes a snack around tea time and a light lunch. I think its perfect for me (being as clueless as I am) haha.

Finally got my scanner up and running! Not sure if I'm happy or not, coz that means I have to get my behind in gear and work now....

Wide-Eyed, we are doing the one day ante natal class on Saturday, excited and really looking forward to it! Have been feeling very nervous lately, wondering if I'll know what to do, etc when baby is here. I have no clue what's happening with baby shower, theme or date or anything. My mom and friends are planning and everything is a suprise.

Ayesha - sorry you're still not feeling great, hope those meds start to help and at least alleviate the symptoms!

Daerhel, glad the scan went well and that the electricity at least held out the second time until after you'd finished Enjoy yours today Stella, definitely a highlight of the week!

Ctelly - you probably won't need it after using the other meds recommended, but I found my nose bleeds were mostly due to dry nasal passages (too much blowing, then post nasal drip) so I used a plain saline nasal spray which moisturises and clears the passages. Think mine is called Salex, but there are others.

We had our first antenatal class on Monday - it's amazing how much there is to learn, it was really helpful! Anyone else started antenatal yet, or am I just an early bird? Haven't started planning the baby shower yet though, so clearly I'm a bit more delayed I'm some things I do like the idea of a high tea though - might copy it
