she is growing nicely Dearhel. its is soo nice when they are so busy.

hehehe, shame Aysha, i actually like the taste of the prospan - taste like honey. and my lb also loves it (it is actually for babies/children) it really helped me though.

i did not experience nose bleeds. but know that with pregnancy there are alot more blood in your body that usual and the veigns in your nose are so tiny they can easily tear. this also cause the sinus.
another one that helps me for sinus and congestion is Sister Lillian Muco Care (also more for babies) it works like a bomb for that blocked sinus feeling (just take 2 tabs in stead of 1)
and also one of the best things i have when baby gets the flu
it also homeapathic and all natural

4 hours to go till my appointment. super excited.

Yep Ctelly. I too have constant sinus, sinus drip and nose bleeds every now and then.

I actually asked dr yesterday, and he said I can use Iliadin nose spray for the drip & congestion, panado (no surprise!) for headaches, and not to worry about the nose bleed unless it's really gushing out.
Mine's just a little bleed that's gone within a minute or so, but still annoying!

Ctelly, I have been having nose bleeds he checked and mine are from sinus, but mention this to your Dr as it can be caused from blood pressure.

Daerhel - the loadshedding is really a pain. especially as i'm trying to study at night and our loadshedding starts at 20:00 until 22:30
So glad your girl is growing well and that dr is happy with her development. Our boy is also very busy.. yesterday he didn't stop kicking me - but its wonderful to feel it

Phew what a wait at the gynea yesterday! This load shedding is really becoming a pain! 4hour wait as the power went off and dr ended up behind, and again just after I'd finished my scan! (thank goodness!)

Baby is growing well, HR is at 154bpm, and she weighs 464g
Dr checked everything, from femur length, tummy, heart, spine, head, right down to fingers and toes!
He even caught her waving at us soooo cute!
Everything looks perfect! She's a healthy strong little one. His only complaint was that she wouldn't lie still!
She's a right little busybody!

I'll post pics soon. Trying to get my scanner/printer running, as they had load shedding here at work too yesterday, and now nothing wants to work!!

Next appointment is 26 May, just a few days before the 4D scan.

thanx stella, i gt prospan, it tastes disgusting but drinking it and iliadin as well, my doc recommended the allergex syrup so trying that as well, im gtn worse rather than better, on the plus side doc checked baby and said everything fine with him cz i was so worried i couldnt stop crying
