Hi ladies, thanks for the encouragements, that's reassuring. Had a bit of a meltdown on the weekend - like PMS on steroids! Anyone else feeling crazy from the hormones?

Sorry you're not feeling well Ayesha - don't wait too long to get checked out by the doc if you're not better soon, apparently flu hits harder and lasts MUCH longer when you're pregnant!

Daerhel - I think the trackers glitched for a while (mine added 4 days to my time!). They seem to have come right now, so maybe wait a little bit and see.

Did anyone experience the same? Its not itchy or sore just a lot of discharge - do you know of anything I can get from the pharmacy to help?

how is every one?

i gt the flu so i am feeling so miserable at work, counting down the hours till 1 so i can go home.

Lucky for me i dont have to worry about having a little boy, i was the baby of the family, have a big brother and all his friends never had a sister so they kind of adopted me so i basically grew up with 7 brothers that i idolized, seems fitting i ended up with a boy and they all having daughters lol

i die for my nieces and love spoiling them but i am always drawn to the little boys clothes and toys, so i am blessed.

i remember asking my mom how she handled parenthood, she told me that when you give birth, u just know what you need to do, whenever i sit and talk to my bump abt his gran i think of her words and its almost like she is with me.

Daerhel I'm so sorry for your loss:( I'm not a pet person, but after we got a puppy and she died 4 days later....I was utterly heartbroken, and realised even though I'm not a pet person, I am a life person, so death on the whole devestates me:( We have a dog now and I'm not all touchy feely, but after being with us for 2 years, shame I know I'll be heartbroken if anything happened to the bugger. The collage will be so special, sweet that he is doing it for you

After I had my daughter, we wanted another girl and when we found out Josh was a boy, I was flabbergasted. I thought...what will i do with him??? How do I cuddle a boy vs how I cuddled my daughter? I am a girly girl....so this boy just won't work for us. So much so we chose a name only the day he was born and I didn't even know how to talk to him while in my belly....

boy was I wrong...my son is the love of my life. The most cuddliest, sweetest (minus the terrible 3's now...those moments) little boy. When I saw him stand on his toes to wee like a big boy for the first time when he was still 2...I almost died. lol. He must have seen it from his dad.


You don't need books...I promise you it will come to you. The bond of a mom and her boy is something else I tell you

Thanks for the condolences. It really means alot to me. He might've been a kitty, but he was my little boy.

I've made the poem Jay-Bee posted into a memorial which will go in the centre of our collage.
