I refuse to work myself up further... I'll just put it in God's hands. Besides, no use working myself up if I don't even know what I'm up against.

I'll make the most of this "time off" now and use it to sort out my daughter's and baba's cupboards.

During my interview with the allegations her friend/fellow colleague accused me of, HR confirmed that they interviewed her.

The allegation against me was that I physically assaulted her on several occasions, by jostling/bumping/shoving her in the hallway, kitchen and bathroom. Bear in mind we have 350 people working in our office and everything is open plan.

She couldn't provide any substantial evidence or provide a valid witness. I argued that HR must please interview several people within the company to get statements on my personality etc, and whether they think I will act in such a malicious way.

No one on my list was interviewed, but all her "friends" were interviewed.

So yesterday morning morning I was informed the case was dismissed.

An hour later I was called in to say I was dismissed as new allegations came to light which they have to investigate.

I wasn't informed of any charges against me, so habe NO clue as to what to expect.

I'm waiting for the charge sheet that must accompany the notice to a disciplinary hearing...

@LouiseMarie I felt so bad for you yesterday. It honestly is ridiculous and totally unfair, especially now. I really hope all this gets sorted out very soon! So you can relax and focus on your baby.

@stelliemama and clueless I'm so glad everything went well at your scans! mine is next week and I'm already starting to feel anxious!

I'm so sorry that you have to go through this now! I can just imagine that the "not knowing" what the reasons are, is actually the worst part of this situation. Second guessing must be driving you insane!

So you are actually not sure that the colleague who put in the grievance in the past, is behind this? How is your relationship with your direct manager, would he be supportive of you in a hearing?

The doc only stated that I'm suspended with immediate effect with payment, whilst the investigation and charge sheet against me is compiled.

It then has the exact same format as a disciplinary hearing notification, advising that I'll have enough time to prepare before the date of disciplinary, I have the right to call witnesses within the company but have to advise HR of whim I'll be asking to testify (obviously so they can threaten/manipulate them) etc etc...

In it also states "you have been made aware of the charges against you" even tjough I have not been informed of the charges, what grounds, where or whom they came from etc...

I'm absolutely clueless!!!!

I had to sign it, but made sure that I did not acknowledge to anything.
