Welcome Lavi. May you have a wonderfully blessed pregnancy! BFP is for big fat positive.

Also saw my doctor this morning, all seems fine. The heartbeat is still there and he also took a urine sample to sent to the lab. Suspect the spotting is due tomirritation of the progesterone suppositories and the pain is due to large cyst on right ovary. Feel so relieved and thankfull that I could see the heartbeat again. He booked me off for today and tomorrow, so guess I will just relax and keep on praying for a healthy baby and pregnancy.

Thanks! We haven't told anyone yet. Waiting for the first scan before we tell our parents and the second trimester before we tell anyone else. It has been hard coming up with excuses as to why I am skipping the glass of wine, the sushi and the coffee!

I am kinda new at this and not sure of all the lingo - what does bfp stand for?

Hi all, I am due 12 June (I think). Yet to go for first scan, scheduled for the 19th of Nov. This is my first pregnancy. I am very excited/nervous, but so far not feeling very pregnant (except for the sore bbies!).Nice to be part of this group!

And CONGRATS! I'm very glad you got your bfp after such a long journey.

Welcome to our group.
Spotting is very, very distressful. I had spotting at 5 weeks and 3 times during week 6. It was always old blood(tmi), last week there was a bit of red blood as well. Went to see my gynae, did a sonar and all seemed well. Have not had any spotting since.

Googlin spotting will drive you insane. It seems fairly common and there could be lots of reasons but it is always a good idea to contact your doc. to check. Thinking of you.

Afm - due 7 June. Had sore bbs initially but not much now and mild nausea. Not feeling pregnant
