Hi guys

I'm about 6 weeks (I think). I'm very nervous about this one cos I miscarried at 5 weeks about four months ago. But I do have a gorgeous 5 year old daughter.

I have a bit of cramping (or aching maybe explains it better), very sore bbies and feel very big for so early. With my daughter I hardly showed until about 6 months

Yes, went for the scan. Could see the sac, yolk sac and fetal pole (measuring 6.1mm), but could not detect the heartbeat. I'm very concerned, but the Dr. assured me that it is still so early and that I should come back in a week. Everything measures on track (6 weeks), so he feels that there is no reason to panic.

Will be telling DH tonight...
so would have wanted to share the "heartbeat" news....but guess I'm a little to eager!

Have you gone for you scan yet? How will you be announcing it to you hubby tonight?

Today I think the hunger bug has striked! I had a rather good hearty breakfast but I am hungry again and it's only 11am

NnitaN - Glad you are feeling better, good luck with the low blood pressure is there anything you can take to help with it?

I feel a lot better today, found a new trick that works for me, rooibos tea with fresh lemon mmmhhhhh it goes to my taste buds and leaves me smiling.

My problem is that I have low blood pressure and now the first trimester is never fair to me because it drops big time.

At least I eat small meals often and it seems to help.

Have a great Friday, cannot wait for the weekend so that I can sleep

Seems like you have a great POA in place. Wonderful that your gynie is taking the necessary steps. I can imagine that you will feel anxious this time around.

Luckily I did not experience any MS with my previous pg'cies. Were queezzie at times, but not full blown MS. With my first born I only picked up 8kg, as my appetite was so poor. Nr. 2 made me eat like a lunatic. At this stage, I have a poor apetite again. Not particularly hungry, and I did gag a little licking off my finger after putting cream cheese (Simonsbergs) on my child's cracker yesterday. It came as a real surprise!

Going for my scan tomorrow. Excited and anxious at the same time. And.....it feels wrong not taking DH with, but I so want to surprise him with the scan-pic.

poor thing! I hope it goes away quickly!!

I am feeling so sick since yesterday, I had though i will not suffer morning sickness this time and I guess I was wrong, I am forever hungry and I am picky when it comes to food.

Just bought ginger biscuits and I cant even look at them
