June 2016 <3

Hi

I literally had the scare of my live this morning and would be lying if I say that I'm not still terrified... While I was standing talking to my boss, I jjust feld like something was flowing... Excused myself and went to the loo.... And there all got shocking.... Sorry for the gross details, but blood literly gushed out with clots od different size. I paniced, wiped and immeditely asked my doctor to please do a scan!

Strange thing is that there was little peanut, heart beating but still bleeding! He phoned a FS in Jhb and the FS said that 99% of all ivf pregnancies experience bleeding, but nobody can say why! He said that we should monitor the baby's heartbeat by scan every 3 rd day. Argh...feel like everything gets too much at times and Tuesday seems so very far away!

I hope and pray that not one of you will have to go through this, I'm really scared. But as one of my friends told me the other day, "Be calm and know that God is in control."

Oh thanks. I will clear all of this out wih the doc when I see him on the 19th. I will be on 10 weeks then, so hopefully everything is fine. Havent had any issues yet, so staying positive

Nnita, I feel like that by about 12:00 everyday.
Lavi - different docs seems to do more sonars than others. I had one at 6.5 weeks because I was spotting, next one 12 weeks. Another 3 weeks to go *Sigh*

Going for my bloods next week, including the down's screening.

This day is dragging, I agree!!

It took such a long time to recover! I actually had bronchitus, and with the limited medicine available for pregnant women, it was a real struggle. I am feeling much better and healthier now.

We are so excited about the first scan. I think seeing will be believing bevause at this stage it feels a bit surreal.

I am so sleepy, can it not be 16h30 already?

Oh wow Lavi what a nice surprise! Hope the cold is gone and your feeling much better?
