June 2016 <3

Hi all, seems like my pregnancy symptoms are limited to between 4 and 6 in the evening! This is when I feel dizzy/starving ! Otherwise no food cravings or aversions - so not feeling very pregnant at all, not that I am complaining I have been trying to drink at least 2l of water everyday and trying to keep healthy. First doc appointment is on the 19th. Seems like everyone else had earlier appointments?! I had a terrible cold early in Oct, so that is when my GP dis a blood test, before prescbribing cold meds. So that is how we found out!!

Shame NnitaN I feel you! I am also eating non stop and if I don't eat I feel queasy or dizzy
my little one is a handful at the moment and I believe it adds to my tiredness I am feeling.

Last night I was laying in bed and I freaked out when I realized HOW much I actually ate that day.... look I don't have small stomach and still carry some kilo's from previous pregnancy but it is awful to see my tummy like this it feels HUGE and flabby
can't wait for the second trimester where it actually starts looking like a proper preggy belly!

Any of you thirsty as well?

I am grateful that the MS has its days, at least its not everyday

My worry is that I am always hungry, I eat and eat and eat...and if I dont eat then the MS rises up and I cannot stand it

The way I sleep though, I am forever tired and my baby behaves when I am at work or amongst people I eat almost everything without feeling sick, but when I am home its another story.

I cannot wait for the 17th I want to feel the heartbeat

And did I tell you I am PRAYING for a babygirl,

oh my word when will I stop eating! I literally eat something and I kid you not 15min later my stomach grumbles!!

Thanks Ladies, Im holding thumbs for this one. My husband hasn't said much, don't think he wants to get too excited yet.

Listening to all your scans taking place I had better get myself off to the doctor

@Liefie Yes I keep expecting to come on and it feels so heavy. This clothes tightness in the first trimester is a concern, I dread to think how big Ill be at six months.

Fortuntaely I haven't got any MS but can't bring myself to walk through Checkers butcher section, the smell makes me want to gag

Are any of you ladies in KZN? Any recommendations for a gynae? Ive been in the UK for fourteen years and moved back a year ago and haven't done anything about medical aid! Bad planning and slightly concerning but one thing at a time I suppose.

Tanya1 - I think I see your full post but not sure? I also weighed myself last week and actually lost 40g which was a very pleasant surprise!! but I might have indulge a bit over the last couple of days (because I thought hay I lost weight!) rookie mistake!! Trying to get healthy again but it is difficult.
Dr suggested to try and stay away from sugar as much as possible but to eat when I am hungry

Hay Cher121 I went for my first scan on 8weeks, but my next is also later as they closing for a week

Hi Ladies

I am 6 weeks tomorrow to be exact Only seeing gynae on the 23rd he is fully booked. How many weeks did you go for your first scan? I just polished a packet of chippies and must say I am craving something sweet now

I have very mild symptoms, maybe still coming. I worked out my due date to be around 29 June.
