How is everyone doing?
I think our group by far is the most quiet!

I actually bought a pump already, I am very keen on breastfeeding but also feel like i want to share the feeding experience with my hubby and daughter. So I will breastfeed and pump so that they will be able to feed baby too.
I bought the tommy tippee electric breast pump.

We started with AnteNatal classes this week and have our 4d scan booked for the 25th Jan. Getting the scan done free because we will be birthing at Panorama Mediclinic.
Who else has 4d scans booked?

Currently 27 weeks and 6 days. sho, time is flying by!!

I agree, don't buy a pump just yet. For anyone buying a secondhand breast pump make sure to buy a 'closed system' like Lansinoh. There are risks associated with open system as milk deposits in machine cannot be sterilized.

Please dont buy a pump just yet. I bought one while I was still in hospital with my first - it was such a waste for me as I used it like three times. I only breastfed her for two weeks before I decided it's not for me. With this second baby I have to admit that I am considering going straight to bottle and formula!

Also, they advise you not to start pumping before 6 weeks anyway.
