Hi ladies.
About the prenatal vitamins I heard that they can actually make you sick so I'm just sticking to folic acid now. I did that with my other pregnancies and they we all born healthy. My gynae at the time told me to start with the prenatal vitamins at 12wks. Oh and chela preg was perfect for me. No side effects.

You guys are making me so broody already. I'm also getting excited thinking about clothes and cots.

I'm a stay home mum. My brothers each have two kids and kept telling me that my 3 kids are enough. So now that I'm preggo I'm way to scared of their judgement. I didn't plan my pregnancy but I do believe that everything happens for a reason. So my little bean is just another blessing from God. so telling people for no is a no go zone. Lol

I would've loved to start in December with baby room, but we are still house hunting. We are currently in an apartment and want to buy a house. We've been looking for the last 5 months but can't find something we like. So we seriously need to find something soon in order to move by end of this year hopefully

Thuriey, it is cute. I love the fact that he is so excited. Yesterday evening he was looking on line for cots etc. showing it to me when he sees adorable !

DH and I actually discussed yesterday that December will be perfect time to get the baby room ready.

I usually drink 4 cups of coffee a day - but Decaf - 2 in the morning 2 at night (maybe a rooibos before bed).
I sometimes have a normal cup of coffee, lets say max 2 a week.

Oh Marykev - that's so cute. And yes Nikki it's easier to plan, but I'm two-minded (for now) and my gran always used to say don't do it if you're two minded!

Who else is in Cape Town - I have some contact details for factory shops around here. (Like Treehouse/Beeline etc)

Suppose it's easier to plan if you know, but then again, you get so many adorable gender neutral clothing and décor etc.
and you can always go and shop once the baby has arrived.

Maybe I change my mind though.....
