I heard Bonitas is good, but with all these aids you need to be on the top one to really have a medical aid.
DH wants to move to a better one as soon as our little one is here.

Anyone heard of nasmed that is with discovery. I think of your savings run out you can register with them and get gynae consults and scans and R500 off your blood tests. I'm not hundred percent sure. Let us know if anybody knows about it.

The medical aid I was on before this (ex husband works for the City of Cape Town was 100%) I never had to worry about our funds running out. And years ago the med aids used to 100% - later on when people starting abusing it (remember this was way back when LOL ) I was on Medscheme and the things the people used to claim for was ridiculous - but like good thing...it came to an end.

We're currently looking at Fedhealth ... I've heard that Bonitas & Liberty has merged - so waiting to see on what they'll be offering in the new year.

Hallo Ladies,

@Thuriey -My hump... well it is still there, very weird for showing so soon, but it must be the because I am bloated? everyone`s body is different...

Medical aid - we left Essential Delta Saver and moved to FedHealth Maxima Basis specifically because we knew we wanted to start a family this year... but I don't believe that any plan really coverers you 100%

Gynae`s what to work with cash rather than medical aid, because if you don't have funds, they know they need to get it from you...
