MOVED FROM PF - APRIL 2010

Hi ladies
Not sure if my post was successful as it was off my phone, but Katie and I are doing well. She's off the breast (I managed from Mon to Fri) and we're trying Nuk and Nan 1 (the stuff they topped her up with in hospital). The only thing is that we're finding she takes in too many winds on the Nuk 1 small teats and the milk gushes out of Nuk 1 medium teats. Trial and error for us now.

Will check out the 0 to 4 month advice thread just as soon as I've found my feet. Is anyone else exhausted like I am...please tell me there's light at the end of this tunnel lol.

James is doing well. He eats like crazy! Luckily I havent had any craced nipples!!!!

Scribblingal why dont you start taking some rescue remedy to try help a bit with your depression - it also wont make your milk supply disapear completely while you are trying hard o establish it!

I've posted a recipe for Jungle Juice for you on the 0-4 month post... it helps give mommy energy and also assists in producing milk... Give it a bash - it doesn't taste too bad and I'm convinced it helped me...

Hi ladies

I've been reading all the posts, just haven't been feeling up to posting anything. Think a bit of post-partum depression's set in. All the birth stories make me sad - I had to have an emergency Caesar, which I'm still upset about - and the breastfeeding's going very badly - no milk. So reading how well everyone's doing just sucks as I'm feeling really sorry for myself.

On the other hand I am going to the hairdresser this afternoon and my husband's taking me out for dinner for my birthday, so things are looking up
