happy Bday!!!


thanx ladies i am not worried to the effect that i will run to the doc, just picked up that he is not where other babies espesially girls is.... any way we are so busy planning our wedding and with enchanted pixels taking our pictures i am sure its gonna be a stunning day!!!


but can things in this country just get a bit cheaper??? wow a wedding is very expensive and our parents doesnt pay for it so we are doing it all alone.... atleast all the deposits are paid!!!!

Weekend plans anyone?

This weekend will be a busy one. Danette is 5 today Tomorrow is my cousins (2 sisters) storkparty and I got them the most fabulous gifts from www.babybear.co.za which I know they will love. The owner is such a sweetie, she just had twins herself. You may know her as Vix Christopher who also chats here...My one cousin is a total Garfield freak, like seriously - even her kitchen is Garfield themed, and the owner of Babybear went out of her way to get Garfield transfers done on the sleeping bag she made me. Let me tell you, these sleeping bags are a winner, I have for Jaqi myself and use them all the time. My other cousin I got the strap & wrap. WIll post some pics of it next week.

After the storkparty I will be visiting a very special friend of mine... Her mom is in town and she requested to see us I love this lady dearly and we refer to each other as "my ander dogter" and "my ander ma". My friend's son and Danette also get along like a house on fire and is always hugging and kissing, so sweet We arranged their marriage already.

Sunday I am photographing a baptism, so it will be a working day for me. Afterwards I am going shopping for shoes and scrapbooking goods from the China Mart.

We also had a 21st but this will now only be next Saturday, and next Sunday we have Danette and Jaqi's braai...

Today is Danette's 5th birthday

Nixie: Your boy is perfect. His milestones are fine. Also remember that babies reach milestones differently. People do say boys tend to be slower than girls. I suppose there is an elemnt of truth to it.

Wgray: maybe your Lo is not well why not check him out to be sure. My LG kept crying but no temp at one time only to realise she had an ear infection.

Juno: Liam looks so cute.

I had German measles as child, and I recall being sick for 2 weeks...

Nixie, boys are generally slower than girls I've seen it with my own kids.

I wonder if I should get a teething necklace...i wonder if the teething is bothering him, can the german measles still be a problem if he had the rash this past weekend?
