Juanita: Oh no i hope your princess gets better asap. chicken pox scare me so much but people say rather they have it when they are young than older.

To all the mummies ive missed a big heloo to you and the babies still in weekend mode.

Morning everyone,

Took Leandi to the dr on Friday coz she was still not eating or drinking and still feverish, AND had a rash! Turns out she had tonsilitis and Chickenpox!!! Only a light case but chicken pox none the less. So whoever tells you they cant get the sickness that they are being inoculated against is talking KAK! i experienced this first hand.

Looking much better today, had to come to work to do my last invoices for the month. LG even more clingy than ever before!

Will catch up later, have lots to do ...

Just a note on the dummy thing, Shaun went onto the Pigeon no2 dummy at 6 months, at twelve months I got him the no 3 - Not sure if any of you are familiar with the pigeon dummies.... what a shock when I saw what no 3 looks like... its... flat? Shaun took one suck, and that was the end of dummy nr 3, so I have left him with no 2, and he is not so interested in it any more.
I took him for his 12month inject last thursday, and what do you know.... all three clinics did not have stock, they had the Rouvax which he missed the last time at 9 months due to no stock, not even private, and now he got the Rouvax but not the Chicken Pox one, due to no stock....... So this week my aim is to find a clinic that does have.... but it must be the Government one, I hear the private one is R800-00? Sjoe. But the sister weighed him.... he is only 9.4kg? at 9 months he was 9.16kg.... but if you look at him he is so big, but he does not weigh what he looks... wierd. Well, he is a farrari crawler, straight to the cat food... straight to the bathroom and unrolls the toilet paper...

He also only has two teeth, both front bottom, and since they came out - nothing has happened - I dreamt the other night myh son only had two teeth for the rest of his life....

Juno my dad made the gates himself... from scrap he had in the garage and put it up. it is quite easy. he does it for a living. let me know the side in lenght and how high adn I ask him to quote. he just doesn't paint. so you will get it as is. with everything. if you own a drill you can put it up yourself and kids struggle to open them.

Thanks for the offer C but my partner is the ultimate DIY man (much to my frustration a lot of the time!) and would be mortally offended if I even mentioned it...He's busy designing Liam's amazingly elaborate and massive jungle gym - I told him today that he had better start soon as it's likely to take a year or 4 =)

You don't use photobucket - when you do a new post you will see the images to upload a file or image at the bottom of the message block.

Yoza I also now remember you from the Feb thread on pampers - thought you sounded familiar. Went to visit pampers (still so slow) it the other day and it's quite something reading those posts when we were preggies..

Hi everyone

Abi was trying so hard to walk the whole day today. We aften caught her standing all on her own - and when we encourged her to walk she took a few wobbly steps...... a few times throughout the day. Then she gets such a huge grin on her little face!!! She is just too adorable!

Hope you all had a wonderful weekend. We are celebrating the big b-day on thursday.

Has anyone else had problems uploading photos to photobucket lately? If I log on everything works fine until I try to upload - then it is almost as if all the options are off to the one side of the screen and I can't select anything??? Have been trying to upload some pics to the forum?
Which other program could I use?
