We are having a Pooh party for Lorelai.

Mmmmyummy eating banana bread I baked yesterday - while I work out this month's specials.

So Jaqi will be one year old in less than a month wowowowow.

So I know for a lot of you the first b'day is a big occasion... What are you planning?

Zodwa I think 3 night is to fast, slowly do a couple of night with 3 then 2 and a half then 2 and then 1 and a half and then 1 or just try and give him tea.

Making the bottle a dummy? was he on a dummy before? is he off it and if he is why?

OH HOW I MISSED BEING ABLE TO CHAT TO EACH ONE OF YOU EVERY DAY!! The thread has died down in the last couple of months and I think that the time has come that we revive it. So I pledge that at least once a week I will make a post and catch up on ALL THE NEWS. SORRY IF MY POST IS CAPS AND LOWERCASE MIXED AS IM TYPING IN BETWEEN WORK. LOL

SO I STARTED WITH MY NEW JOB IN THE SECOND LAST WEEK OF DECEMBER AND THEN THEY CLOSED ON 24 DECEMBER UNTIL TODAY. IT’S A AWESOME JOB AND I ACTUALLY FEEL LIKE IM DOING SOMETHING IN THE DAY. ITS HECTIC BUT I LOVE EVERY INUTE OF IT.

LORELAI HAS BEEN DRVING US INSANE OVER THIS FESTIVE SEASON AS SHE IS SUCH A BUSY LITTLE GIRL. THE KIDS GOT SO SPOILT OVER XMAS THAT THEY STILL CANT FIND THE TIME TO PLAY WITH ALL THE TOYS. I FIND IT AMAZING THAT AT THE AGE OF 11 MONTHS SHE PIKS UP ANY OBJECT PUTS IT AGAINST HER ER AND HAS A CONVERSATION (IN HER LANG OF COURSE). SHE HAS LEARNED A COUPLE OF NEW WORDS IN THE LAST MONTH, HANDTJIE, WA MAMMA, LAILA & LEXI EINA (MEANING THE HURT HURT, THE DOGS) AND SHE LOVES CALLING HER SISTER, MANDA SHORT FOR AMANDALYNN.

MY NEW YEARS I SPENT AT A FRIENDS AND FINISHED 2 BOTTLES OF WINE!!! Which is a lot for me as 2 glasses is usually my limit.

Happy new year ladies!!!!!!
Its been sooo hectic.
Charlotte He normally drinks 120ml at night which is 4 scoops of milk. 1st night I make 120 with 3 scoops, following night 2 scoops, then 0ne scoop. By the one scoop night he realises its more water than milk & he stops drinking. Its water from then on & he's just not interested.

I give him milk again around 6am & by then he's screaming for it!!!
He's gotten into the habit of making his bottle a dummy. Its been 3 days now, once the milk is gone he just keeps on sucking & dsnt want to let go!!!
He walks now. He loves walking while he drinks his bottle but he still prefers crawling most of the time.

Hope everybody keeps their resolutions this year & will post pics of my monster soon
